curricula with topics that vary from tactical, medical, fire, and
civilian response and mitigation skillsets in Active Attack
situations, along with a “self-starter” attitude.

• Consult with subject matter experts to define learning
objectives and to design appropriate course content in the ALERRT
training curriculum.
• Provide outlines, syllabus, lecture notes, and materials for
both in-person or online courses and ALERRT self-study
programs.
• Participate in the selection of software or collaboration tools
used for development of training materials.
• Report directly to the Assistant Director of the program.
• Provide leadership to ensure that projects, milestones,
benchmarks, goals, and associated tasks are completed within
established timeframes.
• Be responsible for managing instructional materials, providing
recommendations to staff, adjusting the current curriculum, and
providing instruction on all ALERRT topics as directed.
• Travel 10% of the time to develop course material and audit
course delivery.
