About the Role

Act in a chief of staff capacity, as a trusted advisor to the CPO overseeing the day to day operations of the Product Division. This role will also facilitate the cohesion between product teams, sales, marketing, engineering.

Things you will do:

Establish Best Practices & Ways of Working
• Partner deeply with the chief product officer to construct and maintain a high performance product system for the r&d team.
• Work with product management & our cross-functional teams (e.g. Research, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Care, Data, Strategy) to establish best practices and ways of working along the end to end product development process (all the way from Discovery, through Execution, Go-To-Market and post-launch).
• Establish guidelines, playbooks, templates, tools and training for cross functional interactions that produce the product (e.g. for roadmapping).
• Establish and hone the key rituals and meetings used to drive work throughout product and key x-functional partnerships.
• Drive clarity in planning cadence and visibility of product plans and priorities across the entire organization.
• Ensure our Product Tribes + Squads have the knowledge, resources, and processes they need to complete their tasks successfully.
• Ensure our cross-functional teams (e.g. Research, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Care, Data, Strategy) have the information they need from product to complete their tasks successfully. As well as ensure bidirectional information sharing.

Build our Product Community
• PM career development: facilitate internal coaching, mentoring, feedback, learning so we can grow as individuals and a team. Socialize and facilitate participation in external conferences, classes and other educational opportunities.
• PM onboarding: develop and facilitate delivery (which can be done by others) of new-PM onboarding training to get PMs set up for success and integrated quickly into the PM community.
• Build a culture of collaboration, experimentation (both with the product and with how we work).

Align Cross-Functional Squads to Business Goals
• Communication and operationalisation of business objectives, product vision to ensure that product squads are developing strategies / roadmaps that ladder up to high-level objectives.
• Build alignment, including frameworks for decision making and prioritization so that teams can resolve potential conflicts without needing to escalate.

Feedback & Improvement
• Champion the needs of the product team with execs: we want a happy, confident, and productive team that feels like they’re doing meaningful work, managers have their backs, they and their teams are recognized for their contributions, and they have a growth path with the company.
• Understand what’s working, and not working along the product workflow and build a backlog of prioritized problems to solve.

What you already bring to the table:
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and ways of working in end-to-end product development process.
• Product Manager Leader who is passionate about Product Operations.
• Knowledge of establishing guidelines, playbooks, templates, tools, and training for cross-functional interactions to produce the product.
• Ability to drive clarity in planning and visibility of product plans and priorities across the organization.
• Knowledge of facilitating PM career development, onboarding and building a culture of collaboration and experimentation.
• Experience in aligning cross-functional teams to business goals and resolving potential conflicts.

About the Role

Reporting to the Enterprise Sales Manager, an Enterprise Account Executive will be a strategic-minded sales professional with experience in value-based and sales assisted selling motions. You are someone who has a high sense of accountability that operates with a consistent sense of urgency. Your focus will be on Enterprise-level customers with complex business challenges.

Things you will do:
• Develop a territorial sales strategy based on Typeform’s core sales motions of expanding existing self-service clients and targeting net-new prospects.
• Proactively mine, prospect and develop new opportunities based on an ideal customer profile via cold outreach, social outreach and email.
• Use value-based selling techniques to identify key customer challenges and align the Typeform solution to solve those challenges.
• Deliver tailored, compelling product demonstrations that focus on value vs. simple features/functions.

• Engage and collaborate with functional and technical resources to address client needs.

What you already bring to the table:
• Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in a value-based selling environment.
• 2+ years experience selling in a product led growth selling environment.
• Previous training in a value-based solution selling methodology.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed a $500k+ ACV quota target.
• Experience selling to Enterprise customers with 500+ employees.
• Situational fluency with the skills to adapt and adjust to complex selling situations.

About The Role

The Sales Operations Analyst - Deal Desk will help support the strategic direction for the Sales Team by focusing on process consistency, efficiency, optimization and growth. Working together Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance this role will work within Revenue Operations to optimize pipeline processes, which include but is not limited to: lead conversion optimization, enforcement of sales standard operating procedures, forecasting, ad hoc reporting, enforcement of best practices, data integrity, and deal desk.

Things you will do:
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales Team (Direct and Indirect) and subject matter expert on all sales operations processes including Deal Desk, best practices, and systems (e.g. Salesforce, Pandadoc).
• Assist with improvements to the sales strategy, territory plans, and sales processes to ensure success for our quota-carrying roles
• Analyze current team performance, areas of strength or potential improvements, and help drive those key insights into measurable business growth
• Manages the closed/won process for the entire Sales Team, ensuring accuracy of data and timeliness of reporting
• Support day-to-day inquiries from the extended sales organization, providing prompt and efficient resolutions to a wide range of issues and developing operational procedures and policies to manage volume
• Develop and maintain standardized operational reports, alerts, and dashboards to monitor overall operational effectiveness, data integrity, and gain insights to improve performance
• Assist/guide the Sales Team (Direct and Indirect) in building non-standard or complex orders
• Partner with cross-functional departments to learn business needs and help facilitate the deal process (e.g. structuring deals/contracts, approvals, and order management)
• Educate Sales Team and train new hires on Deal Desk processes and best practices to ensure that approvals, policies and procedures are properly followed and well documented.
• Review deals for accurate terms, billing information and pricing to ensure that data included in contracts aligns with Typeform's internal systems
• Proactively evolve and improve workflows, processes, and automation to increase the effectiveness of Deal Desk
• Provide insights, reports and recommendations to improving the Sales Process

What you already bring to the table:
• 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Operations/Deal Desk role
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com, admin/power user experience is a plus
• Experience working with DocuSign, Conga, Pandadoc, Salesforce CPQ, Chargebee
• Prior experience working at a B2B SaaS business
• Salesforce Admin experience
