CHEM 201 - General Chemistry: Structure and Bonding
An introduction to university chemistry from theoretical and practical perspectives, that focuses on an exploration of the fundamental links between electronic structure, chemical bonding, molecular structure and the interactions of molecules using inorganic and organic examples.

Qualifications:
• Candidates will ideally have a Ph.D. in chemistry (or a related field) and a... strong, substantial record demonstrating teaching excellence.
• The appointees will be expected to remain abreast of current developments in science, particularly in Chemistry.
• Previous experience in teaching Chemistry 201, 203, or 209 is an important asset.
• Experience coordinating laboratories and/or teams of graduate student teaching assistants is especially valuable, as is familiarity with the campus learning management system, D2L.
