Select music that is proper to the liturgical season and worshiping community – generally songs that are listed in Breaking Bread, the hymnal published by Oregon Catholic Press. ii. Accompany or sing (solo or as part of an ensemble) chosen selections. iii. Conduct choir rehearsals and performances. iv. Assist in planning, management, and recruitment of new members. v. Prepare music binders for choir members and instrumentalists. 2. Support the coordination of liturgical ministers (e.g., extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion). 3. • Attends regular Diocesan Bookkeeper/Administrator meetings to ensure that the parish is in step with Diocesan policies and procedures.
• Prepares for quarterly Parish Finance Council meetings. Attends these meetings and ensures minutes are taken for these meetings.
• Supervises and supports counting teams and counting processes. Ensures adherence to the Diocesan Collection Guidelines. Utilizes ParishSOFT or other systems to administer parish Sunday collections in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Balances and reconciles parish accounts and bank statements in a timely manner on a monthly basis, providing monthly financial reports to the Pastor.
• Ensures that midyear and year-end financial reporting requirements of the Diocese are met in a timely manner.
• Takes primary responsibility for formulation of the parish budget, working closely with the Pastor for accuracy in estimating costs and submitting a responsible budget.
• Supervises and balances petty cash funds.

Who we are
At Dynamic Catholic our Mission is simple: to re-energize the Catholic Church in America. Catholics are leaving the Church at an alarming rate, and disengagement among those who remain is staggeringly high. This is where you come in. We are looking for driven, talented, and dynamic individuals who will work tirelessly to use their talents to inspire people to rediscover the genius of Catholicism.
What you'll leave with
• Experience in working within multiple systems and platforms (Salesforce CRM, Egnyte, Google Workspace)
• Fundraising experience inviting donors to support the Mission through our Ambassador’s Club
• Increased knowledge and experience in advocating for a cause to carry with you for the rest of your life
• Connections with parishes while raising awareness of our Mission and Parish Book Program
• Relationship-building with our current donors by welcoming them to the Ambassador’s Club, taking prayer intentions, and updating their information
• First hand stories from donors and customers on how the Mission of Dynamic Catholic impacts lives all across the country
What you already have
• A love for teamwork and competition
• Passionate about serving customers in a unique and world-class way
• Detachment, you’re not afraid to ask or invite anyone to anything!
