Fonction

Sous la direction du responsable de la gestion journalière du site de Louvain-La-Neuve sur ce site et occasionnellement sur les autres sites UCLouvain (Bruxelles, Mons, Tournai, Charleroi), participer à :

la supervision du travail du gardiennage (dispatching multi-sites et rondes sur Louvain-La-Neuve) ;

l’établissement d’un journal des activités de l’UCLouvain impactant le gardiennage ;

l’analyse des rapports de gardiennage ;

la gestion des incidents et des grands événements ;

la mise à jour des consignes générales et particulières du... site ;

l’intervention sur le terrain en cas d’incident, pendant ses heures de travail ;

la coordination opérationnelle de l’UCLouvain en cas de situation d’urgence (Plan interne d’urgence) ;

la garde de 1ère ligne à domicile en dehors des heures de travail (en cas de capacités acquises) ;

Le rôle de garde à domicile est rémunéré.

En fonction des événements UCLouvain, des prestations devront pouvoir être effectuées en dehors des heures ouvrables et en dehors du rôle de garde à domicile.

Qualifications et aptitudes requises

Diplôme de niveau bachelier (graduat) ou diplôme de l’enseignement secondaire supérieur avec expérience équivalente.

Sens des relations humaines et aptitude à la communication orale.

Sens de l'organisation, gérer des imprévus.

Avoir un bon sens de l’orientation et la capacité de maitriser la disposition et la configuration de lieux de grande ampleur.

Capacité à gérer le stress.

Capacité à travailler en équipe.

Rigueur.

Devoir de réserve et esprit d’initiative.

Pratique des logiciels de bureautique et de communication et capacité à manipuler un logiciel de gestion des accès.

Capacité d’écoute, de tact et de discrétion (accueil d’éventuelles victimes).

La connaissance de l'anglais constitue un atout.

La connaissance du milieu étudiant et de l’Institution est un plus.

Capacités physiques dans le cadre d’interventions d’urgence.

Pendant les périodes de garde, doit pouvoir rejoindre le site par ses propres moyens dans un délai maximal de 30 minutes.

Prof. Llaguno-Munitxa’s research focuses on the study of urban climate and health, and Prof. Manoli’s research focuses on the study of urban climatology and ecohydrology.The PhD candidate will be part of the HEat Stress Inquiry and Alleviation (HESTIA) project funded by the Belgium National Fund for Scientific Research (FNRS) – and the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF). HESTIA is a research project focused on the development of a heat stress assessment framework to predict the benefits that... urban redesign strategies (e.g. green infrastructure implementations, urban design modifications), and behavioral changes (e.g. driving vs biking, smart working) can bring along to mitigate heat stress risk. The research calls for an interdisciplinary approach combining environmental, atmospheric, and urban sciences as well as social and life sciences. Project

The project is part of a Welbio program (Walloon Excellence in Life Sciences and BIOtechnology, https://welri.org/cms/c_11740011/en/welri) and aims to unravel the impact of gut microbes on food reward. The candidate will investigate the impact of gut microbes on the brain reward system in mice by analysing food behaviour of the mice as well as... brain signalling.

Profile

The candidate holds a PhD in the field of Biological/Medical Sciences, Molecular/Cellular Biology, Biochemistry or similar for less than 3 years, with a trackable experience in brain sciences/neurosciences such as neuron activity modulation, neuron activity tracking/imaging, brain immunohistology, brain imaging or behaviour experiment in

mice,... Expertise in mouse experimentation will be considered as an asset.

A good command of English (spoken and written), excellent communication skills and ability to perform and analyze experiments independently as well as in a team, are necessary. We are looking forward candidates with creativity, enthusiasm, and desire for continued learning.

The candidate is considered in international mobility, i.e. she/he has not resided, studied or worked in Belgium for more than 24 months over the past 6 years before the start of the post-doc.
