• Participate in continuing education and attend district, state, and/or national professional organizational meetings.

• Maintain contact with professional agencies.
• Participate in recruitment for the program.
• Assist the program director with overall program effectiveness.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Must have a minimum of 3 years clinical experience.
• Must be a licensed occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant, with a valid West Virginia OT/OTA license.
• Out-of-state applicants must obtain a West Virginia valid license prior to the start date. They must also be certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) as an occupational therapist.
• Must hold a minimum of a baccalaureate degree awarded by an institution that is accredited by a USDE-recognized regional or national accrediting body.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must be initially certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Passion for Occupational Therapy education
• Creative and professional spirit with proven success in leadership.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with students, staff, faculty, and administrators.

Essential Functions of the Position:
• Assists with cleaning the kitchen, serving and dining areas including washing tables and chairs, washing dishes, washing and sanitizing equipment, cleaning the floor and discarding of trash, maintaining sanitary work area
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Stores and stocks supply in a safe, sanitary manner
• Follow and adhere to all sanitation and safety standards
• Ensure all kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils are clean, professional and in an orderly condition always
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in proper storage areas
• Ensure the workspace meets or exceeds all established sanitation and safety standards
• Ability to lift/transport 30lbs
• Request supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and dishwashing duties
• Perform other duties required as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous dishwashing experience preferred
• Superior customer service standards
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, standard cleaning methods and equipment used in dishwashing work
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
• Ability to exert continuous physical effort including frequent bending, walking and heavy lifting
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow team members and customers

Preferred Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Candidates must meet state and federal regulations
• Commercial driver’s license, or CDL
• Drivers must also obtain a passenger endorsement allowing you to transport people
• Minimum six months experience as a licensed commercial driver and good driving skills and record
• Interpersonal skills
