The Faculty of Medicine of University of Lisbon is seeking a highly motivated established/leading researcher, R3-R4 level https://bit.ly/3lnRuu5, with excellent scientific credentials in the general scientific area of the project, who is willing to help build a robust and leading group in data science for health research. The successful candidate is expected to shape this new research direction in interaction with other researchers of the School of Medicine, participate in defining new teaching needs in the areas of the project, and lead an interdisciplinary team in research and acquisition of new funding.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
• PhD in an appropriate field... and at least 5-years research experience after the PhD ? this position is for an Established or Leading researcher ? R3 or R4 respectively ;
• Strong track record in scientific research in the field of the ERA Chair project, as shown by scientific publications in major international peer-reviewed journals, invitations to speak at multiple venues;
• Demonstration of successful application to research funding from various international entities;
• International experience, ideally in more than one country;
• Leadership qualities in scientific research and science administration, including team management;
• Excellent teaching skills and supervision of research projects for Masters and PhDs;
• Good communication skills: experience in public dissemination of scientific results will be valued;
• Written and spoken English proficiency - Portuguese proficiency is not mandatory.

PUBLIC NOTICE The Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences, for 30 working days from the publication of the Portuguese version of the notice in ?Diário da República?, opens an international recruitment procedure for one position of Assistant Professor in the disciplinary field of Management at the Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Lisbon (ISCSP-ULisboa), under a... contract of employment in public functions for an indefinite period. The international recruitment procedure is open in accordance with articles 37.º to 51.º, 61.º and 62.º-A of the University Teaching Career Statues (hereinafter referred to as ECDU), republished by Decree-Law no. 205/2009 of August 31st and other applicable legislation, namely the General Regulations for the Recruitment of Full, Associate and Assistant Professors of the University of Lisbon, approved by the Rector Order of February 16th 2015, published in ?Diário da República?, 2nd series, No. 45, of March 5th (hereinafter referred to as Regulations). The joint order No. 373/2000, of March 31st, of the Minister of State Reform and Public Administration and the Minister for Equality, determines the obligation of announcing the following in relation to entry and access calls: "In compliance with paragraph h) of article 9 of the Constitution, the Public Administration, as the employing entity, actively promotes a policy of equal gender opportunities in accessing employment and professional development, acting scrupulously to avoid any form of discrimination.? In this sense, the terms "candidate", "recruited", "teacher" and other similar ones are not used in this notice to refer to the gender of people. II - Workplace Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences, located at Rua Almerindo Lessa, Campus Universitário do Alto da Ajuda, Lisboa, Portugal. III ? Admission requirements 1. Requirements are as follows: a) In compliance with article 41.º-A of ECDU, applicants must hold a PhD degree; b) Proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese - at an advanced level (C2 of the Common European Reference Framework for Languages). Candidates of foreign nationality, except candidates from countries with Portuguese as an official language, must be proficient at the Portuguese language, both spoken and written. This requirement has to be officially recognised through a certificate or diploma of communicative competence in the Portuguese language, obtained up to the date of the contract agreement is signed, when applicable; c) Instruct the application with the documents described in chapters IX e X of this notice. 2. The holders of academic degrees awarded by foreign higher education institutions must hold recognition of the doctoral degree in accordance with Decree-Law no. 66/2018, from August 16th. 3. The recognition of the doctorate degree, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 66/2018, from August 16th, must be obtained up to the date of the contract agreement is signed, if the candidate ranked in the eligible position has obtained a doctorate abroad. 4. Failure to submit any of the documents that must instruct the application, within the time limit provided in chapter VIII and under the terms indicated in Chapters IX and X of this notice, determines the outset the non-admission of the same, which should subject of analysis and decision of the President of ISCSP-ULisboa prior to the Jury's deliberation on absolute merit. 5. In accordance with Chapter VI of the Regulations, are applied with regard to the confirmation and fulfilment of the admission and exclusion requirements of candidates. IV ? Admission requirements based on absolute merit Candidates must hold a PhD degree, and a scientific and pedagogical curriculum in the disciplinary field related to this recruitment that is compatible with the category applied. V ? Evaluation parameters and ranking based on relative merit, respective weighting and final valuation system Once identified, in definite, the candidates approved in absolute merit, their assessment and ranking in relative merit takes place. The method of assessment is that of curriculum evaluation, as provided in paragraph 6 of article 50.º of ECDU, in paragraph 4 of article 5.º and in article 11.º of Regulations and in the ranking criteria, respective weighting and final valuation system indicated in this notice. The assessment of relative merit of the candidates, with a view to their ranking, will be based on the weighted sum of the scores attributed to the evaluation criteria, on a scale of 0 to 100 (0 being the minimum and 100 maximum). The candidates will be evaluated as follows: a) Scientific performance; b) Pedagogical capacity; c) Other activities relevant to the mission of the higher education institution that have been developed by the applicant, compatible with the disciplinary area in which the procedure is open, and appropriate to the category of Assistant Professor; d) Scientific and pedagogical project related to the development of the disciplinary area to which the present procedure in ISCSP-ULisboa refers, as stated in n.º 4 of article 5.º of the Regulations, with the overall weighting of this project being 40%. The aspects indicated in criteria 3. and 4. of the table must be considered within the scope of paragraph c), n.º 6, article 50.º of ECDU, regarding other activities relevant to the mission of the higher education institution. The evaluation of curricular activities, with an overall weighting of the activities of 60%, includes the following criteria and factors, whose weighing is as set out in the table below. The applicants must submit their curriculum according to the structure indicated below, without prejudice to being able to add in other data that they consider relevant under additional headings. The methodology for the seriation of candidates is set out in article 20.º of Regulations, in particular its number 5. VI ? Preferential parameters Teaching experience in the disciplinary area for which the procedure is open, such as: Administrative Management of Human Resources; Safety and Ergonomics; Practicum and Internship Seminar; Research Methods in Management. Relevant curriculum in teaching, production of pedagogical materials, tutorial guidance of students, participation in research projects, in university extension projects and national and international publications especially in Administrative Management of Human Resources; Safety and Ergonomics; Practicum and Internship Seminar; Research Methods in Management. Teaching experience in post-graduate education programmes in educational project areas and internationalisation of higher education. Experience of supervising master's and doctoral students in the area of Management. Preferential parameters will only be used in case of a tie in the individual ranking list of each Jury member, presented for voting. VII ? Public hearings 1. At the first meeting the Jury will deliberate about the need for a public hearing of the candidates that have been approved in absolute merit, with the exclusive aim of clarifying the information contained in the documents submitted by the candidates, according to paragraph b), n.º 4, article 50.º of ECDU. 2. If the Jury decides to hold the aforementioned public hearings, those will have to take place between the 15th and the 30th days after the date of the jury's meeting for admission in full merit of the candidates, and the candidates shall be informed of the date and place of the public hearing at least five days in advance. 3. The aforementioned public hearings may be held by videoconference, and the Jury must guarantee that they are done in equal circumstances to all candidates. 4. The Jury may also decide to request additional documents, in compliance with paragraph a), n.º 4, article 50.º of ECDU, with the aim of clarifying the information contained in the curriculum vitae. VIII ? Admission requirements based on absolute merit Candidates must hold a PhD degree, and a scientific and pedagogical curriculum in the disciplinary field related to this recruitment that is compatible with the category applied. V ? Evaluation parameters and ranking based on relative merit, respective weighting and final valuation system Once identified, in definite, the candidates approved in absolute merit, their assessment and ranking in relative merit takes place. The method of assessment is that of curriculum evaluation, as provided in paragraph 6 of article 50.º of ECDU, in paragraph 4 of article 5.º and in article 11.º of Regulations and in the ranking criteria, respective weighting and final valuation system indicated in this notice. The assessment of relative merit of the candidates, with a view to their ranking, will be based on the weighted sum of the scores attributed to the evaluation criteria, on a scale of 0 to 100 (0 being the minimum and 100 maximum). The candidates will be evaluated as follows: a) Scientific performance; b) Pedagogical capacity; c) Other activities relevant to the mission of the higher education institution that have been developed by the applicant, compatible with the disciplinary area in which the procedure is open, and appropriate to the category of Assistant Professor; d) Scientific and pedagogical project related to the development of the disciplinary area to which the present procedure in ISCSP-ULisboa refers, as stated in n.º 4 of article 5.º of the Regulations, with the overall weighting of this project being 40%. The aspects indicated in criteria 3. and 4. of the table must be considered within the scope of paragraph c), n.º 6, article 50.º of ECDU, regarding other activities relevant to the mission of the higher education institution. The evaluation of curricular activities, with an overall weighting of the activities of 60%, includes the following criteria and factors, whose weighing is as set out in the table below. The applicants must submit their curriculum according to the structure indicated below, without prejudice to being able to add in other data that they consider relevant under additional headings. The methodology for the seriation of candidates is set out in article 20.º of Regulations, in particular its number 5. VI ? Preferential parameters Teaching experience in the disciplinary area for which the procedure is open, such as: Administrative Management of Human Resources; Safety and Ergonomics; Practicum and Internship Seminar; Research Methods in Management. Relevant curriculum in teaching, production of pedagogical materials, tutorial guidance of students, participation in research projects, in university extension projects and national and international publications especially in Administrative Management of Human Resources; Safety and Ergonomics; Practicum and Internship Seminar; Research Methods in Management. Teaching experience in post-graduate education programmes in educational project areas and internationalisation of higher education. Experience of supervising master's and doctoral students in the area of Management. Preferential parameters will only be used in case of a tie in the individual ranking list of each Jury member, presented for voting. VII ? Public hearings 1. At the first meeting the Jury will deliberate about the need for a public hearing of the candidates that have been approved in absolute merit, with the exclusive aim of clarifying the information contained in the documents submitted by the candidates, according to paragraph b), n.º 4, article 50.º of ECDU. 2. If the Jury decides to hold the aforementioned public hearings, those will have to take place between the 15th and the 30th days after the date of the jury's meeting for admission in full merit of the candidates, and the candidates shall be informed of the date and place of the public hearing at least five days in advance. 3. The aforementioned public hearings may be held by videoconference, and the Jury must guarantee that they are done in equal circumstances to all candidates. 4. The Jury may also decide to request additional documents, in compliance with paragraph a), n.º 4, article 50.º of ECDU, with the aim of clarifying the information contained in the curriculum vitae. VIII ? 1. Requisitos de Admissão
Requisitos Gerais

Requisitos Particulares
São condições preferenciais a experiência de:
• prestação de apoio a atividades de centro de investigação ou instituições afins;
• gestão de projetos de I&D, nomeadamente com financiamento pela FCT;
• reporte financeiro a agências financiadoras de I&D;
• organização de atividades científicas (reuniões, cursos, workshops, conferências, etc).
2. Legislação Aplicável
Código do Trabalho, aprovado pela Lei nº93/2019, de 4 de setembro, na sua redação atual (CT);
Código de Procedimento Administrativo, publicado através do Decreto-Lei nº4/2015, de 7 de janeiro, na sua versão atual (CPA).
3. Plano de Trabalhos
O Programa de Trabalhos tem como objetivos:
• apoio à gestão financeira do CEMAPRE ;
• apoio à elaboração de relatórios técnicos, científicos e financeiros de projetos financiados pela FCT e outras instituições;
• apoio à gestão de recursos dos programas e projetos de investigação afetos ao CEMAPRE;
• acompanhamento integral do processo de aquisição de bens, serviços e equipamento;
• acompanhamento dos processos associados a missões a realizar pelos investigadores;
• apoio à organização de eventos científicos;
• apoio à submissão de candidaturas e outras fontes de financiamento;
• apoio administrativo geral nas tarefas delegadas pela Direção do CEMAPRE.
4. Local de Trabalho
O trabalho será desenvolvido nas instalações do CEMAPRE, sediado no Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão (ISEG), Rua do Quelhas 6, 1200-781 Lisboa.
5. Duração do Contrato
O contrato de trabalho será em regime de termo resolutivo incerto, tendo início previsto em maio de 2021 e duração previsível até 31 de dezembro de 2023, data para o fecho do atual programa de financiamento plurianual da FCT.
6. Valor da Remuneração
O montante do salário ilíquido mensal será determinado de acordo com a experiência do(a) candidato(a) selecionado(a), tendo por referência o intervalo entre os 1000 e os 1450 euros, acrescido do montante do subsídio de alimentação equivalente ao aplicado aos trabalhadores da Administração Pública.
7. Avaliação das candidaturas
• A não satisfação dos Requisitos de Admissão constitui razão suficiente para a não admissão dos candidatos em mérito absoluto;
• São critérios de avaliação em mérito relativo:
a) Avaliação curricular (65%)
b) Entrevista profissional presencial (35%)

The Research Institute for Medicines (iMed.ULisboa), Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Lisbon welcomes candidates to the Individual Call to Scientific Employment Stimulus - 4th Edition launched by Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT).
The present FCT call is aimed at providing individual support for contracting researchers holding a PhD degree in any scientific area. The profile of the candidates should correspond to highly motivated scientists seeking to develop, carry out and coordinate research in Portuguese research units ? host institutions.
The host institutions eligible for this call are the research units financed by FCT, I.P. or, whenever they do not constitute a legal... entity with the capacity to sign a contract with FCT, their legal hosting institution, which might include all public or private institutions that have R&D activities as their main objective, including higher education institutions, state laboratories and international laboratories located in Portugal, research institutions, associated laboratories and collaborative laboratories.
The research contracts to be funded under this call considers four levels, corresponding to different career stages:
a) Junior Researcher: PhD holders for 5 or less years, with limited experience in post-doctoral research or without a scientific curriculum after their PhDs in the scientific area to which they are applying.
b) Assistant Researcher: PhD holders for over 5 years, with a relevant curriculum in the scientific area to which they are applying, but with limited scientific independence.
c) Principal Researcher: PhD holders for over 5 years, with a relevant curriculum in the scientific area to which they are applying, demonstrating scientific independence for the past 3 years.
d) Coordinating Researcher: PhD holders for over 5 years, holding the title of habilitado ou agregado in Portugal, with a curriculum of elevated merit in the scientific area to which they are applying, showing scientific independence and with evidence of leadership in the scientific area to which they are applying.
iMed.ULisboa welcomes candidates of merit in the following main scientific areas: Medical and Health Sciences (Basic Medicine, Medical Biotechnology, and Health Sciences), Engineering and Technology (Medical Engineering, Nano-technology), and Natural Sciences (Chemical Sciences, Biological Sciences).
Applicants should send their pre-proposals, comprising a short CV / Bio-sketch (up to 3 pages) and a 1-page summary of the research plan, including a rigorous selection of the main activities to be developed, the expected results and the clear identification of a mission and scientific challenges, no later than 12 February 2021, to imed.ulisboa@ff.ulisboa.pt. The host institutions eligible for this call are the research units financed by FCT, I.P. or, whenever they do not constitute a legal... entity with the capacity to sign a contract with FCT, their legal hosting institution, which might include all public or private institutions that have R&D activities as their main objective, including higher education institutions, state laboratories and international laboratories located in Portugal, research institutions, associated laboratories and collaborative laboratories.
The research contracts to be funded under this call considers four levels, corresponding to different career stages:
a) Junior Researcher: PhD holders for 5 or less years, with limited experience in post-doctoral research or without a scientific curriculum after their PhDs in the scientific area to which they are applying.
b) Assistant Researcher: PhD holders for over 5 years, with a relevant curriculum in the scientific area to which they are applying, but with limited scientific independence.
c) Principal Researcher: PhD holders for over 5 years, with a relevant curriculum in the scientific area to which they are applying, demonstrating scientific independence for the past 3 years.
d) Coordinating Researcher: PhD holders for over 5 years, holding the title of habilitado ou agregado in Portugal, with a curriculum of elevated merit in the scientific area to which they are applying, showing scientific independence and with evidence of leadership in the scientific area to which they are applying.
iMed.ULisboa welcomes candidates of merit in the following main scientific areas: Medical and Health Sciences (Basic Medicine, Medical Biotechnology, and Health Sciences), Engineering and Technology (Medical Engineering, Nano-technology), and Natural Sciences (Chemical Sciences, Biological Sciences).

2 ? Applicable laws:
a) Decree-law nº 57/2016 dated august 29, approving a Post-Doctoral contract regime established to stimulate scientific and technologic employment in all areas of knowledge (RJEC), as worded by Law nº 57/2017 dated July 19, having also in consideration the Regulatory Decree nº 11-A/2017 dated December 29.
b) The general labour law for public employment (LTFP), approved by Law nº 35/2014, July 20, in its current wording and Ordinance 125-A/2019 dated April 30, as amended by Ordinance No. 12A/2021 Diário da República No. 6/2021, 1st Supplement, Series I of 2021-01-11.
c) Regulation nº 999/2016 dated October 31 ? Regulation of Projects Funded Exclusively by National Funds.
3 ? Under the terms of article 16 of Decree-Law nr 57/2016, dated August 29, the present call is exempted of authorization from the government members responsible for Finances and Public Administration areas, namely the ones mentioned on number 3 of article 7 of the LTFP; and is and is exempted from obtaining previous favourable consent from government members responsible for Finances and Public Administration areas, as mentioned on the number 5 of article 30 of the LFTP, and of the recruitment procedure of workers in situations of requalification, as mentioned on the article 265 of the LFTP.
4 ? In accordance with the article 13 of the RJEC, the evaluation panel for this call has the following composition: José Miguel Cardoso Pereira, Full Professor (ISA), Akli Benali, Researcher (ISA), and Ana Cristina Lopes de Sá, Researcher (ISA).
5 ? The workplace will be located at the Instituto Superior de Agronomia, Tapada da Ajuda, 1349-017, Lisboa, Portugal.
6 ? The gross monthly remuneration is ? 2.134,73, according to number 2 of article 3 of Regulatory Decree nr 10-B/2020, dated March 23, corresponding to the level 33 of the Standard Remuneration Table, approved by the Ordinance nº 1553-C/2008 dated December 31.
7 ? The contract has the duration of 3 years, which may be extended for 1 year periods up to a maximum of 6 years, unless:
a) The Science Council of ISA requests the termination of the contract based on an unfavourable evaluation of the doctorate performance, in accordance with the School regulations, which must be communicated to the concerning person until 90 days before the end of the initial contract or its renovation.
b) By application of any of the extinction causes mentioned on the article 289 of the LTFP.
c) The public employer, or the employee, communicate the will of not renewing the contract in writing, until 30 days before the end of the initial contract or its renovation, with the consequent contract expiration.
8 ? Eligible applicants are national, foreign and stateless candidates holding a doctoral degree and with expertise in the research domains of remote sensing and data science, as well as those to whom, under the Decree-Law nr 341/2007 dated October 12, regulated by Ordinance nr 227/2017 of July 25, has been granted the whole rights of the title of Doctor, or to whom, under the terms of the Decree-Law nr 283/83 dated June 21, has been granted equivalence or the recognition of a doctoral degree, and are also holders of a scientific and professional curriculum revealing suited profile for the activities to be developed. The equivalence, degree recognition or registry of the doctoral degree must be obtained till the term of contract is signed in the case the candidate is ranked in an eligible position and has obtained the doctoral degree in a foreign country.
9 ? The general admission requirements are defined by the article 17 of the LTFP and the special requirements by the previous item.
10 ? Formalization of applications:
10.1 ? Applications are formalized by means of an application form, available at https://www.isa.ulisboa.pt/go/nrhFormPhD, addressed to the President of ISA, stating the ref. of this notice, full name, identity card number and expiring date, or civil identification number, fiscal identification number, date and place of birth, profession, residence and contact address, e-mail address and phone number.
10.2 ? The candidate must give the consent for all communications and notifications regarding this call to be made by e-mail, to the address mentioned on the application form.
10.3 ? The application must be accompanied by documentation supporting the conditions stipulated on items 8 and 9, in particular:
i) Copy of the doctoral degree certificate or diploma;
ii) Copy of the PhD thesis, or equivalent document for which the degree was awarded;
iii) Detailed C.V., structured as specified in items 15 and 17 below, including copies of the publications the candidate finds more relevant regarding each topic of items 15 and 17;

10.4 ? 10.5 ? The application form and the documents may be presented in Portuguese or English, notwithstanding the President of the Evaluation panel?s right, if one of its members is not acquainted with the Portuguese language, to demand, on a reasonable timeline, that the candidate provides English translations of any documents previously provided in Portuguese.
11 ? By decision of the President of ISA, all candidates who do not include the documents mentioned on item 10 will not be admitted to the call, all candidates who have not presented the complete application form or all the documents mentioned on subparagraphs i) to iv) of item 10.3, or that provide illegible, incorrectly filled or otherwise considered invalid documents, will be immediately excluded. The President of ISA may also demand any candidate to present documentary evidence regarding the declarations made, in case of doubt and for the purpose of admission to the call.
12 ? False declarations given by candidates will be punished according to the terms of the current legislation.
13 ? Approval on absolute merit:
13.1 ? The Evaluation panel will deliberate on its approval or rejection on absolute merit voting by justified roll-call, where abstentions are not allowed.
13.2 ?The candidates that obtain a favourable vote from more than half of the members of the Evaluation panel will be considered approved on absolute merit.
13.3 ?The candidates with a scientific and curricular background considered relevant to the scientific area(s) of the call and considering their suitability for the additional criteria mentioned on item 17, will be approved on absolute merit.
14 ? According to article 5 of the RJEC, the selection will result from the evaluation of the scientific and curricular path of the candidates.
15 ? The evaluation of the scientific and curricular path focuses on the relevance, quality and timeliness of the scientific, technological, academic and cultural or artistic production of the last five years considered most relevant by the candidate.
16 ? The five-year period mentioned in the previous item may be increased by the evaluation panel, upon the candidate?s request, if justified due to suspension of the scientific activity for socially protected reasons, namely by parental leave, serious or protracted illness and other legally protected reasons for unavailability, when duly substantiated and documented.
17 ? Ranking and selection of the applicants will be based on the following evaluation criteria, which are awarded a weighting factor of 100%, considering (A):
i) Publication track record, with emphasis on peer-reviewed articles (30%).
ii) Scientific and technological competence (70%), including:
a) programming skills in Python, R, and Google Earth Engine.
b) experience in processing remote sensing data and geographic information systems.
c) competence with statistical modelling tools.
18 ? The Evaluation panel may select up to 3 candidates approved on absolute merit, whom will be asked to make a presentation, with the sole purpose of clarifying aspects relating the results of their investigation and where the Jurors shall stimulate an open debate on its content and innovative character (B).
19 ? If deemed necessary, the Evaluation panel, may request the candidate to provide additional documentation confirming the veracity his/her statements, whenever relevant for the analysis, evaluation and grading of the application, and that certify the contents of the abovementioned documentation.
20 ? Scoring of the candidates:
20.1 ? Each member of the Evaluation panel will assign to each candidates a score on every evaluation criterion, on a scale of 1 to 10, ranking all candidates by their final classification, based on the sum of all partial scores attributed to each criterion, taking into consideration the weight assigned to each parameter, attributed according to the following formula: A = 0.30*Ai + 0.70*Aii. The result of the presentation session and of the final scoring will be calculated as: C = 0.90*A + 0.10*B. The final score assigned to each candidate is the arithmetic mean of the classifications given by the members of the Evaluation panel. If ties occur, the President of the Evaluation panel will have the decisive vote.
20.2 ? Candidates will be sorted through the successive voting method mentioned in number 3 and following, of the article 20 of the General Regulation of Calls from ULisboa, published by Ordinance nº 2307/2015, dated March 5.
20.3 ? The Evaluation panel will decide by absolute majority, and abstentions will not be allowed.
20.4 ? The final classification of each candidate will correspond to his/her rank as resulting from the application of the method mentioned on item 20.2.
21 ? Every Evaluation panel meeting will be compiled in a minute report, with a summary of all that took place during the meeting, as well as the votes cast by each of the members including information to substantiate them, which will be provided to any candidate, upon request.
22 ? The Evaluation panel?s final deliberation will be approved by the President of ISA and the contract handling will be under the President of ISA responsibility, entitled by the Rector of the Universidade de Lisboa, as stated by Ordinance nr 5018/2020, dated April 27.
23 ? The list of admitted and excluded candidates, as well as the final ranking, will be posted at the ISA facilities, sited at Tapada da Ajuda, 1349-017 Lisboa, online at the ISA website, being all candidates notified via e-mail with delivery receipt, without prejudice to articles 110 to 114 of the Administration Procedure Code.
24 ? Previous hearing and final decision deadline: after being notified, the candidates have 10 working days to submit a formal rebuttal. The evaluation panel?s final decisions will be rendered within 30 days counted from the deadline for the submission of applications.
25 ? This call addresses solely the specific vacancy filling, may cease until the candidates final list approval, and expires with the job vacancy occupation.
26 ? The application form and the documents may be presented in Portuguese or English, notwithstanding the President of the Evaluation panel?s right, if one of its members is not acquainted with the Portuguese language, to demand, on a reasonable timeline, that the candidate provides English translations of any documents previously provided in Portuguese.
11 ? By decision of the President of ISA, all candidates who do not include the documents mentioned on item 10 will not be admitted to the call, all candidates who have not presented the complete application form or all the documents mentioned on subparagraphs i) to iv) of item 10.3, or that provide illegible, incorrectly filled or otherwise considered invalid documents, will be immediately excluded. The President of ISA may also demand any candidate to present documentary evidence regarding the declarations made, in case of doubt and for the purpose of admission to the call.
12 ? False declarations given by candidates will be punished according to the terms of the current legislation.
13 ? Approval on absolute merit:
13.1 ? The Evaluation panel will deliberate on its approval or rejection on absolute merit voting by justified roll-call, where abstentions are not allowed.
13.2 ?The candidates that obtain a favourable vote from more than half of the members of the Evaluation panel will be considered approved on absolute merit.
13.3 ?The candidates with a scientific and curricular background considered relevant to the scientific area(s) of the call and considering their suitability for the additional criteria mentioned on item 17, will be approved on absolute merit.
14 ? According to article 5 of the RJEC, the selection will result from the evaluation of the scientific and curricular path of the candidates.
15 ? The evaluation of the scientific and curricular path focuses on the relevance, quality and timeliness of the scientific, technological, academic and cultural or artistic production of the last five years considered most relevant by the candidate.
16 ? The five-year period mentioned in the previous item may be increased by the evaluation panel, upon the candidate?s request, if justified due to suspension of the scientific activity for socially protected reasons, namely by parental leave, serious or protracted illness and other legally protected reasons for unavailability, when duly substantiated and documented.
17 ? Ranking and selection of the applicants will be based on the following evaluation criteria, which are awarded a weighting factor of 100%, considering (A):
i) Publication track record, with emphasis on peer-reviewed articles (30%).
ii) Scientific and technological competence (70%), including:
a) programming skills in Python, R, and Google Earth Engine.
b) experience in processing remote sensing data and geographic information systems.
c) competence with statistical modelling tools.
18 ? The Evaluation panel may select up to 3 candidates approved on absolute merit, whom will be asked to make a presentation, with the sole purpose of clarifying aspects relating the results of their investigation and where the Jurors shall stimulate an open debate on its content and innovative character (B).
19 ? If deemed necessary, the Evaluation panel, may request the candidate to provide additional documentation confirming the veracity his/her statements, whenever relevant for the analysis, evaluation and grading of the application, and that certify the contents of the abovementioned documentation.
20 ? Scoring of the candidates:
20.1 ? Each member of the Evaluation panel will assign to each candidates a score on every evaluation criterion, on a scale of 1 to 10, ranking all candidates by their final classification, based on the sum of all partial scores attributed to each criterion, taking into consideration the weight assigned to each parameter, attributed according to the following formula: A = 0.30*Ai + 0.70*Aii. The result of the presentation session and of the final scoring will be calculated as: C = 0.90*A + 0.10*B. The final score assigned to each candidate is the arithmetic mean of the classifications given by the members of the Evaluation panel. If ties occur, the President of the Evaluation panel will have the decisive vote.
20.2 ? Candidates will be sorted through the successive voting method mentioned in number 3 and following, of the article 20 of the General Regulation of Calls from ULisboa, published by Ordinance nº 2307/2015, dated March 5.
20.3 ? The Evaluation panel will decide by absolute majority, and abstentions will not be allowed.
20.4 ? The final classification of each candidate will correspond to his/her rank as resulting from the application of the method mentioned on item 20.2.
21 ? Every Evaluation panel meeting will be compiled in a minute report, with a summary of all that took place during the meeting, as well as the votes cast by each of the members including information to substantiate them, which will be provided to any candidate, upon request.
22 ? The Evaluation panel?s final deliberation will be approved by the President of ISA and the contract handling will be under the President of ISA responsibility, entitled by the Rector of the Universidade de Lisboa, as stated by Ordinance nr 5018/2020, dated April 27.
23 ? The list of admitted and excluded candidates, as well as the final ranking, will be posted at the ISA facilities, sited at Tapada da Ajuda, 1349-017 Lisboa, online at the ISA website, being all candidates notified via e-mail with delivery receipt, without prejudice to articles 110 to 114 of the Administration Procedure Code.
24 ? Previous hearing and final decision deadline: after being notified, the candidates have 10 working days to submit a formal rebuttal. The evaluation panel?s final decisions will be rendered within 30 days counted from the deadline for the submission of applications.
25 ? This call addresses solely the specific vacancy filling, may cease until the candidates final list approval, and expires with the job vacancy occupation.
26 ? Applications are invited from postdoctoral researchers with a background in language acquisition and neurosciences for a Postdoc position at the Phonetics and Phonology Lab & Lisbon Baby Lab (CLUL/University of Lisbon, http://www.fl.ul.pt/ LaboratorioFonetica/babylab/). Applicants should hold a PhD not developed within CLUL, and obtained up to three years before applying to this fellowship.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in a relevant field, such as neurolinguistics, language acquisition, psychology, or cognitive neuroscience, and previous experience in experimental research in language perception and language processing during their PhD. Good knowledge of at least some of the experimental paradigms used with Eye-tracking and/or EEG/ERP and their implementation, as well as of data extraction routines and analysis, is required. Previous experience in infant speech perception research, including audiovisual speech perception, is also required. A background in statistics, applied mathematics, or programming skills will be a plus. Proficiency in English, as well as knowledge of Portuguese or of other Romance language (namely, Catalan or Spanish) is also required.

The main goal of the present fellowship is to develop research within two of the research strands currently pursued at the Lisbon Baby Lab: longitudinal studies of early speech perception abilities and later language outcomes, focusing on multimodal cues (auditory only, visual only, and auditory and visual) and targeting typical and atypical populations. The successful candidate should collaborate actively with the lab?s research team, and be engaged in knowledge transfer and training and knowledge dissemination.
It is expected that the successful candidate will strongly contribute to: (i) new fundamental research on eye gaze measures of early language acquisition; (ii) the definition of early eye gaze and neurophysiological markers of language development; (iii) the assessment of developmental changes in language and communication. The successful candidate will promote and collaborate in the submission of a minimum of two research papers in the first three months of the fellowship.

(the Portuguese Official Gazette), an international documental recruitment competition is open, in the form of an employment contract in... public functions, for one position of Full Professor in the disciplinary field of Mathematical-Physics from the Department of Mathematics of Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon, under articles 37.º to 51.º, 61.º and 62.º-A of the Estatuto da Carreira Docente Universitária (University Teaching Career Statute), republished by Decree-Law n.º 205/2009, from August 31st (hereinafter referred to as ECDU), and other applicable law, namely the Regulamento Geral de Concursos para Recrutamento de Professores Catedráticos, Associados e Auxiliares da Universidade de Lisboa (General Regulations for the Recruitment of Full Professors, Associate Professors and Assistant Professors of the University of Lisbon), approved by the Rector Order of February 16th 2015, published in the 2nd Series of Diário da República n.º 45 of March 5th 2015 (hereinafter referred to as Regulations).
The joint order n.º 373/2000, of March 31st, of the Minister of State Reform and Public Administration and the Minister for Equality made compulsory the inclusion of the following reference in all civil service recruitment procedure notices:

I ? Rector?s Order Authorization
This recruitment procedure follows the University of Lisbon Rector?s Order, dated November 5th 2020, issued after the confirmation of budget provision and after the confirmation that the position, for which this recruitment procedure is open, is foreseen in the IST staff list, in which the functions to be carried out are defined as teaching and research activities that constitute the set of duties of a Full Professor in the Department of Mathematics.

III ? Admission requirements and grounds of exclusion
III.1 - In compliance with article 40.º of ECDU, applicants to this recruitment procedure must hold a PhD degree for more than five years, as well as the title of ?Agregado?, by the deadline of the application.
III.2 ? Chapter VI of the Regulations shall be applied in respect to the confirmation and fulfilment of the admission requirements and ground of exclusion of the candidates.
III.3 ? The holders of a doctorate degree awarded by a foreign institution must demonstrate that the degree has been recognised according to the Decree-Law n.º 66/2018, from August 16th.
III.4 ? The recognition of the doctorate degree, referred above, must be obtained before the deadline to sign the contract, in case the candidate ranked in an eligible place has been awarded the doctorate degree by a foreign institution.
IV ? Absolute merit approval requirements
IV.1 ? Article 10.º from Chapter III of the Regulations shall be applied in respect to the absolute merit approval of the candidates.
IV.2 - The Jury will deliberate on the approval or rejection on absolute merit of a given candidate, through justified nominal voting, abstentions not being allowed.
IV.3 - It is considered approved in absolute merit the candidate that receives a favorable vote from more than half of the voting members of the Jury.
IV.4 ? A vote against the approval in absolute merit of a candidate must be based on one or more of the following circumstances:
a) the knowledge domain and/or field of the PhD which the candidate holds and/or the title of ?Agregado? that the candidate holds, is not academically adequate for the, minimally adequate, performance of the teaching duties in the disciplinary field related to this recruitment procedure and the candidate?s academic background fail to compensate for this fact; and/or
b) the relevance, quality, and impact of the curriculum vitae of the candidate, and the academic contributions and of highest impact selected by the candidate, do not demonstrate the minimum standards, to perform, in a minimally adequate way, the duties of a Full Professor in the disciplinary field related to this recruitment; and/or
c) the list of publications presented in the document with the most relevant academic contributions over the last 10 (ten) years mentioned in paragraph b) of IX.2 of this notice, which are considered by the candidate as the most representatives to the development and evolution of the disciplinary field of this competition, are not sufficient to demonstrate that the candidate has the necessary capabilities to have a minimally adequate performance on the execution of the regular duties of a Full Professor in the disciplinary field of this competition; and/or
d) the candidate does not have, over the last 10 (ten) years, at least 12 (twelve) publications in the disciplinary field of this competition, indexed in one of the data bases Clarivate Analytics Web of Knowledge, MathSciNet or Zentralblatt Math; and/or
e) the scientific and pedagogical project, requested in IX.2.c) and specified in V.4.e), elaborated by the candidate is clearly insufficient, presenting insufficiencies or severe incorrectness enough to illustrate the lack of capacities of the candidate to fulfil the set of functional duties required by a Full Professor in the disciplinary field of this recruitment procedure, or not being supported by previous work from the candidate.
V ? Evaluation parameters and relative merit ranking, respective percentage and final valuation
V.1 - This recruitment procedure aims to evaluate the candidates? abilities and performance concerning the different aspects that constitute the set of duties to be performed, in accordance with article 4.º of ECDU, as a result of their recruitment in case they are hired. According to article 4.º of ECDU, faculty members are required to:
a) Carry out scientific research, cultural creation or technology development activities;
b) Carry out the teaching duties assigned to them and guide and supervise the students;
c) Participate in activities related to university representation, scientific disclosure and economic and social knowledge transfer;
d) Participate in management activities within the university;
e) Participate in other duties assigned by the competent bodies in the scope of the regular activities of a faculty member.
V.2 - The selection will be made through the curriculum?s evaluation method, which, according to the faculty members? general duties established in article 4.º of ECDU, is based on the following items:
a) Teaching;
b) Research;
c) Activities related to university representation, scientific disclosure and economic and social knowledge transfer, herewith defined as Knowledge Transfer;
d) Management activities within the university;
e) Scientific and pedagogical project.
V.3 - The candidates? curriculum evaluation in each of the aforementioned areas must take into consideration the disciplinary field related to this recruitment procedure.
V.4 - The parameters to be considered in the candidates? curriculum evaluation in each of the areas defined in V.2, and the respective percentage for the final classification, are the following where special emphasis is given to the relevance, quality and impact of the curriculum vitae of the candidate, to the most relevant and with the highest impact academic contributions as selected by the candidate and identified in the document IX.2.b, in the last 10 years:
a) Teaching (20%):
i) Pedagogical contents: parameter related to publications, computer applications and pedagogically relevant experimental prototypes developed, solely or in cooperation, by the candidate, considering their nature and impact on the national and international communities;
ii) Teaching activity: parameter related to the curricular units coordinated or taught by the candidate, considering their diversity, pedagogical practice and the student range;
iii) Innovation: parameter related to the candidate?s ability to promote pedagogical activities, such as:
• presentation of grounded and coherent proposals for the creation of new curricular units or for the substantial reformulation of existing ones;
• creation or reinforcement of experimental and/or computational laboratory infrastructures used for teaching purposes;
• creation or restructuring of groups of curricular units or curricula;
• improvement of pedagogical practices;
iv) Student guidance and supervision: parameter related to the supervision of PhD, MSc and Undergraduate students? works considering the number, quality, scope and scientific/technological impact of the resulting publications, theses, dissertations and final-year projects, specially the prizes awarded to these works and their international relevance;
v) Non-academic Professional experience: parameter related to the role of relevant work developed outside of the academic environment in the scope of the disciplinary field of this competition.
b) Research (50%):
i) Scientific publications: parameter related to books, book chapters, papers published in scientific journals and in international conferences proceedings, of which the candidate is author or co-author, considering:
• their nature;
• the impact factor;
• the number of citations;
• the technological level;
• the innovation;
• the diversity;
• the multidisciplinarity;
• the international collaboration;
• the relevance of the contributions towards the improvement of the state of the art;
• the relevance of the works selected by the candidate as the most representative of their contribution towards the development and improvement of the disciplinary field related to this recruitment procedure.
ii) Coordination of and participation in scientific projects: parameter related to the participation in and coordination of scientific projects, subject to competitive tendering, by the candidate, considering:
• the territorial scope;
• the size;
• the technological level;
• the relevance of the contributions;
• the innovation;
• the diversity.
iii) Creation and reinforcement of laboratory infrastructures: parameter related to the participation in and coordination of activities by the candidate that resulted in the creation or reinforcement of experimental and/or computational laboratory infrastructures used for research purposes;
iv) Scientific activity development: parameter related to the demonstrated ability of the candidate to coordinate and lead research teams;
v) Recognition by the international scientific community: parameter related to:
• prizes awarded by scientific societies;
• editorial activities in international journals;
• participation in editorial committees of international journals;
• coordination of and participation in programme committees of scientific events;
• participation as invited speaker in scientific workshops or at universities;
• participation as a member of scientific societies with competitive admission and other similar distinctions.
c) Knowledge Transfer (5%):
i) Industrial Property: parameter related to the authorship and co-authorship of patents, models and industrial designs, considering their nature, territorial scope, technological level and the results achieved;
ii) Legislation and technical norms: parameter related to the participation in and elaboration of bills and norms considering their nature, territorial scope and technological level;
iii) Scientific and technological disclosure publications: parameter related to papers published in national journals and conferences and other scientific and technological disclosure publications, according to their professional and social impact;
iv) Rendering of services and consulting: parameter related to the participation in activities involving the business environment and the public sector, considering the type of participation, the dimension, the diversity, the technological intensity and the innovation;
v) Conception, planning and production of engineering, management or architectural projects: parameter related to the value of professional experiences relevant to the university?s activities;
vi) Services provided to the scientific community and to society: parameter related to the participation in and coordination of activities involving scientific and technological disclosure considering their nature and the results achieved, namely aimed at:
• the scientific community, specially through the organization of congresses and conferences;
• the media;
• businesses and the public sector;
vii) Professional training programmes: parameter related to the participation in and coordination of technological training programmes aimed at businesses and the public sector, considering their nature, technological intensity and the results achieved.
d) Management activities within the university (15%):
i) Participation in universities or schools bodies: parameter related to the nature and the responsibility resulting from the duties;
ii) Participation in the management of units or as course coordinator: parameter related to the duties, the scope of action and the results achieved by the candidate in the performance of management duties within departments and research units, coordination of courses, scientific areas or sections;
iii) Temporary duties and tasks: parameter related to the nature, the scope of action and the results achieved by the candidate within their participation in editorial activities for international journals, in the evaluation of scientific programmes, in academic degrees? examination boards, in competition juries, and their performance of temporary duties and tasks assigned by the competent bodies, among others;
iv) Other duties: parameter related to the performance of duties defined in article 73 of the University Teaching Career Statutes (ECDU) and other duties within national and international scientific organizations.
e) Scientific and Pedagogical Project (10%): parameter that evaluates a scientific and pedagogical project proposed by the candidate on the disciplinary field related to this recruitment procedure, with the objective of promoting the teaching and research activities which, within the disciplinary field of this recruitment procedure, are associated with the Department of Mathematics and with research units of IST or associated with the Institute, with special emphasis on Mathematical Relativity and Geometric Analysis.
V.5 ? Once finally identified the candidates approved in absolute merit, based on the previous conditions expressed in IV, the Jury will proceed to the final valuation and ranking of the candidates, following the procedure established in article 20.º of the Regulations, where the preferential parameters described in VI can be used as qualification criteria for each of the parameters described in V.4 when establishing the list mentioned in no. 3 of article 20.º of the Regulations.
VI ? Preferential parameters
It is a preferential parameter that the candidate has a curriculum vitae that is adequate to the disciplinary field of this competition, where special emphasis is given to the candidates' scientific production over the last 10 (ten) years.
It is a preferential parameter the contribution given to the development and evolution of the disciplinary field of this competition. It is a preferential parameter the scientific production of the candidate in Mathematical Relativity and Geometric Analysis.
VII - Public hearings
VII.1 - At the first meeting the Jury will deliberate about the need for a public hearing of the candidates that have been approved in absolute merit, with the exclusive aim of clarifying the information contained in the candidates? curriculum vitae, according to paragraph b), n.º 4, article n.º 50 of ECDU.
VII.2 - If the Jury decides to hold the aforementioned public hearings, those will have to take place between the 30th day and the 70th day after the deadline to submit the application, and all candidates will be informed of the date and place of the public hearings at least five days in advance.
VII.3 ? The aforementioned public hearings can be done by videoconference, and the Jury must guarantee that they are done in equal circumstances to all candidates.
VII.4 - The Jury may also decide to request additional documents, in compliance with paragraph a), n.º 4, article 50.º of ECDU, with the aim of clarifying the information contained in the curriculum vitae of a given candidate.
VIII ? Submission of applications
VIII.1 - Applications must be submitted until the 30th working day from the date of publication of this notice in the Diário da República.

V ? Evaluation parameters and relative merit ranking, respective percentage and final valuation
V.1 - This recruitment procedure aims to evaluate the candidates? abilities and performance concerning the different aspects that constitute the set of duties to be performed, in accordance with article 4.º of ECDU, as a result of their recruitment in case they are hired. According to article 4.º of ECDU, faculty members are required to:
a) Carry out scientific research, cultural creation or technology development activities;
b) Carry out the teaching duties assigned to them and guide and supervise the students;
c) Participate in activities related to university representation, scientific disclosure and economic and social knowledge transfer;
d) Participate in management activities within the university;
e) Participate in other duties assigned by the competent bodies in the scope of the regular activities of a faculty member.
V.2 - The selection will be made through the curriculum?s evaluation method, which, according to the faculty members? general duties established in article 4.º of ECDU, is based on the following items:
a) Teaching;
b) Research;
c) Activities related to university representation, scientific disclosure and economic and social knowledge transfer, herewith defined as Knowledge Transfer;
d) Management activities within the university;
e) Scientific and pedagogical project.
V.3 - The candidates? curriculum evaluation in each of the aforementioned areas must take into consideration the disciplinary field related to this recruitment procedure.
V.4 - The parameters to be considered in the candidates? curriculum evaluation in each of the areas defined in V.2, and the respective percentage for the final classification, are the following where special emphasis is given to the relevance, quality and impact of the curriculum vitae of the candidate, to the most relevant and with the highest impact academic contributions as selected by the candidate and identified in the document IX.2.b, in the last 10 years:
a) Teaching (20%):
i) Pedagogical contents: parameter related to publications, computer applications and pedagogically relevant experimental prototypes developed, solely or in cooperation, by the candidate, considering their nature and impact on the national and international communities;
ii) Teaching activity: parameter related to the curricular units coordinated or taught by the candidate, considering their diversity, pedagogical practice and the student range;
iii) Innovation: parameter related to the candidate?s ability to promote pedagogical activities, such as:
• presentation of grounded and coherent proposals for the creation of new curricular units or for the substantial reformulation of existing ones;
• creation or reinforcement of experimental and/or computational laboratory infrastructures used for teaching purposes;
• creation or restructuring of groups of curricular units or curricula;
• improvement of pedagogical practices;
iv) Student guidance and supervision: parameter related to the supervision of PhD, MSc and Undergraduate students? works considering the number, quality, scope and scientific/technological impact of the resulting publications, theses, dissertations and final-year projects, specially the prizes awarded to these works and their international relevance;
v) Non-academic Professional experience: parameter related to the role of relevant work developed outside of the academic environment in the scope of the disciplinary field of this competition.
b) Research (50%):
i) Scientific publications: parameter related to books, book chapters, papers published in scientific journals and in international conferences proceedings, of which the candidate is author or co-author, considering:
• their nature;
• the impact factor;
• the number of citations;
• the technological level;
• the innovation;
• the diversity;
• the multidisciplinarity;
• the international collaboration;
• the relevance of the contributions towards the improvement of the state of the art;
• the relevance of the works selected by the candidate as the most representative of their contribution towards the development and improvement of the disciplinary field related to this recruitment procedure.
ii) Coordination of and participation in scientific projects: parameter related to the participation in and coordination of scientific projects, subject to competitive tendering, by the candidate, considering:
• the territorial scope;
• the size;
• the technological level;
• the relevance of the contributions;
• the innovation;
• the diversity.
iii) Creation and reinforcement of laboratory infrastructures: parameter related to the participation in and coordination of activities by the candidate that resulted in the creation or reinforcement of experimental and/or computational laboratory infrastructures used for research purposes;
iv) Scientific activity development: parameter related to the demonstrated ability of the candidate to coordinate and lead research teams;
v) Recognition by the international scientific community: parameter related to:
• prizes awarded by scientific societies;
• editorial activities in international journals;
• participation in editorial committees of international journals;
• coordination of and participation in programme committees of scientific events;
• participation as invited speaker in scientific workshops or at universities;
• participation as a member of scientific societies with competitive admission and other similar distinctions.
c) Knowledge Transfer (5%):
i) Industrial Property: parameter related to the authorship and co-authorship of patents, models and industrial designs, considering their nature, territorial scope, technological level and the results achieved;
ii) Legislation and technical norms: parameter related to the participation in and elaboration of bills and norms considering their nature, territorial scope and technological level;
iii) Scientific and technological disclosure publications: parameter related to papers published in national journals and conferences and other scientific and technological disclosure publications, according to their professional and social impact;
iv) Rendering of services and consulting: parameter related to the participation in activities involving the business environment and the public sector, considering the type of participation, the dimension, the diversity, the technological intensity and the innovation;
v) Conception, planning and production of engineering, management or architectural projects: parameter related to the value of professional experiences relevant to the university?s activities;
vi) Services provided to the scientific community and to society: parameter related to the participation in and coordination of activities involving scientific and technological disclosure considering their nature and the results achieved, namely aimed at:
• the scientific community, specially through the organization of congresses and conferences;
• the media;
• businesses and the public sector;
vii) Professional training programmes: parameter related to the participation in and coordination of technological training programmes aimed at businesses and the public sector, considering their nature, technological intensity and the results achieved.
d) Management activities within the university (15%):
i) Participation in universities or schools bodies: parameter related to the nature and the responsibility resulting from the duties;
ii) Participation in the management of units or as course coordinator: parameter related to the duties, the scope of action and the results achieved by the candidate in the performance of management duties within departments and research units, coordination of courses, scientific areas or sections;
iii) Temporary duties and tasks: parameter related to the nature, the scope of action and the results achieved by the candidate within their participation in editorial activities for international journals, in the evaluation of scientific programmes, in academic degrees? examination boards, in competition juries, and their performance of temporary duties and tasks assigned by the competent bodies, among others;
iv) Other duties: parameter related to the performance of duties defined in article 73 of the University Teaching Career Statutes (ECDU) and other duties within national and international scientific organizations.
e) Scientific and Pedagogical Project (10%): parameter that evaluates a scientific and pedagogical project proposed by the candidate on the disciplinary field related to this recruitment procedure, with the objective of promoting the teaching and research activities which, within the disciplinary field of this recruitment procedure, are associated with the Department of Mathematics and with research units of IST or associated with the Institute, with special emphasis on Mathematical Relativity and Geometric Analysis.
V.5 ? Once finally identified the candidates approved in absolute merit, based on the previous conditions expressed in IV, the Jury will proceed to the final valuation and ranking of the candidates, following the procedure established in article 20.º of the Regulations, where the preferential parameters described in VI can be used as qualification criteria for each of the parameters described in V.4 when establishing the list mentioned in no. 3 of article 20.º of the Regulations.
VI ? Preferential parameters
It is a preferential parameter that the candidate has a curriculum vitae that is adequate to the disciplinary field of this competition, where special emphasis is given to the candidates' scientific production over the last 10 (ten) years.
It is a preferential parameter the contribution given to the development and evolution of the disciplinary field of this competition. It is a preferential parameter the scientific production of the candidate in Mathematical Relativity and Geometric Analysis.
VII - Public hearings
VII.1 - At the first meeting the Jury will deliberate about the need for a public hearing of the candidates that have been approved in absolute merit, with the exclusive aim of clarifying the information contained in the candidates? curriculum vitae, according to paragraph b), n.º 4, article n.º 50 of ECDU.
VII.2 - If the Jury decides to hold the aforementioned public hearings, those will have to take place between the 30th day and the 70th day after the deadline to submit the application, and all candidates will be informed of the date and place of the public hearings at least five days in advance.
VII.3 ? The aforementioned public hearings can be done by videoconference, and the Jury must guarantee that they are done in equal circumstances to all candidates.
VII.4 - The Jury may also decide to request additional documents, in compliance with paragraph a), n.º 4, article 50.º of ECDU, with the aim of clarifying the information contained in the curriculum vitae of a given candidate.

1. 5. In compliance with the provisions of no. 1 of article 5 of the Regulatory Decree No. 11-A / 2017, of December 29, this tender is open for the remuneration level between 53 and 54 of the single remuneration table (TRU), which corresponds to a monthly remuneration of 3.201,40 Euros.
6. 6.1 Decree Law no. 57/2016, of August 29, which approved the regulations for hiring doctorates to stimulate scientific and technological employment in all areas of knowledge (RJEC), is an enabling norm for this international selection competition.
6.2 The opening of this competition is intended for the selection of an assistant researcher's place for the exercise of scientific research activity under an unspecified fixed-term work contract under the ?Código do Trabalho? (Labor Code) approved by Law No. 7 / 2009, of February 12, in its current wording, being the basis of contracting the execution of a service determined, precisely defined and non-durable, being the contracting necessarily financed regardless of its provenance.
6.3 The maximum term of the working contract is 30 (thirty) months.
6.4 Termination of the financing, termination of the project or completion of the tasks that are the subject of this competition shall determine the expiration of the contract that will operate with the communication referred to in article 345 (1) of the ?Código do Trabalho?(Labor Code), meaning that the employer shall notify the termination of the contract to the employee, at least seven, 30 or 60 days in advance, according to whether the contract lasted up to six months, six months to two years, or per longer period."
7. The competition is open for national candidates, foreigners and stateless persons who hold a doctoral degree in a branch of knowledge or specialty that covers the scientific area of Health Sciences ? Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific area, as well as those to whom, under the terms of Decree-Law n No. 341/2007, of October 12, regulated by Administrative Rule no. 227/2017, of July 25, was recognized the totality of the rights inherent to the degree of ?Doutor?, or to whom, under the terms of Decree-Law No 283/83 of June 21, has been granted equivalence or recognition to the degree of ?Doutor? and are also holders of a scientific and professional curriculum that reveals an adequate profile to the activity to be developed.
7.1 The recognition of the ?Doutor? degree should be obtained up to the last day of the date of expiry of the period granted for the conclusion of the contract, if the candidate ordained in an eligible place has obtained a doctorate abroad. 8. Formalization of applications:
8.1 Applications are formalized by means of an application form, made available at FARM-ID https://www.ff.ulisboa.pt/farm-id/?lang=en#tab_recruitment electronic address, addressed to the President of the FARM-ID- Associação da Faculdade de Farmácia para a Investigação e Desenvolvimento, stating the identification of this notice, full name, affiliation, number and date of identity card, Citizen Card, or number identification number, date and place of birth, marital status, profession, residence and contact address, including e-mail address and telephone contact.
8.2 The application shall be accompanied by documents proving the conditions laid down in point 7 for admission to this invitation to tender, in particular: a) Copy of certificate or diploma;
b) Detailed curriculum vitae, structured in accordance with the items in points 12 and 14, indicating the works, and adding a copy of them, that the candidate considers most relevant to each of the items in points 12 and 14;
c) Other documents that the candidate justifies to be relevant to the analysis of his / her application.

8.4 The application and documents may be submitted in Portuguese or English.
9. By decision of the President of FARM-ID, candidates who do not comply with the provisions of point 9 are not admitted to the competition. Candidates who do not submit the application using the form or who do not deliver all the documents referred to in points 8.2 (a) and (b) or who present them unreadable, incorrectly completed, or invalid are eliminated. The jury is also entitled to require any candidate, in case of doubt and for the purposes of admission to competition, to present documentary evidence of the declarations in the submitted documents.
10. Approval on absolute merit:
10.1 The Jury will deliberate on its approval or rejection on absolute merit, by a justified vote where no abstentions are admitted.
10.2 A candidate is considered approved on absolute merit when he/she obtains a favorable vote of more than half of the members of the jury.
10.3 Candidates who have a scientific and curricular path relevant to the scientific area(s) of the competition and taking into account their suitability for the additional weighting criteria identified in 14.5 will be approved on absolute merit.
11. According to article 5 of RJEC, the selection is made through the evaluation of the scientific and curricular path of the candidates.
12. The evaluation of the scientific and curricular path focuses on relevance, quality and timeliness:
a) of the scientific, technological, academic, cultural or artistic production during the last five years and considered more relevant by the candidate;
b) of the applied or practice-based research activities developed over the last five years and considered as having the greatest impact by the candidate;
c) of the activities of extension and dissemination of knowledge developed during the last five years, in particular in the context of promoting the culture and scientific practices considered by the candidate to be of greater relevance;
d) of the activities of science, technology and innovation programs management or of the experience in observing and monitoring the scientific and technological system or higher education, in Portugal or abroad.
13. The period of five years referred to in the preceding paragraph may be increased by the jury, at the request of the candidate, when justified on grounds of suspension of scientific activity for socially protected reasons, namely for reasons of parental leave, prolonged serious illness, and other situations of unavailability for work legally protected.
14. The assessment criteria are set out in this entry, with the option mentioned in point 14.5, with particular emphasis on the curriculum vitae and the contributions considered to be of higher relevance by the candidate in the last 5 years.
14.1. Quality of the scientific, technological, cultural or artistic production, considered more relevant by the candidate, and relevant to the project to be developed, which was given a weighting factor of 50% considering:
a) Scientific publications: a parameter which takes into account books, chapters of books, articles in scientific journals and international conference proceedings of which the applicant was the author or co-author, considering:
i. its nature;
ii. its impact;
iii. the scientific / technological level and innovation;
iv. diversity and multidisciplinarity;
v. international collaboration;
vi. the importance of contributions to the advancement of the current state of knowledge;
vii. the importance of the works that have been selected by the candidate as most representative, in particular as regards their contribution to the development and evolution of the scientific area for which the competition is open.
b) Accompaniment and orientation of students, trainees and research fellows: a parameter that takes into account the orientation of doctoral students, master's and undergraduate students, trainees and research fellows taking into account the number, quality, scope and scientific / technological impact of the resulting publications, theses, dissertations and final course papers, distinguishing especially the awarded works and the international recognition.
14.2. Activities of applied or practice-based research, considered to be of greatest impact by the candidate, and relevant to the project to be developed, which was given a weighting factor of 30% considering:
a) Vocational training actions: a parameter which takes into account the participation and coordination of technological training actions aimed at enterprises and the public sector, taking into account their nature, technological intensity and results achieved.
b) Provision of services and integrated consultancy in the institutional mission: a parameter that takes into account participation in activities involving the business community and the public sector, taking into account the type of participation, size, diversity, technological intensity and innovation.
c) Design, project and production of scientific outputs: a parameter which takes into account the value of the FARM-ID activities of relevant professional experience.
14.3. Activities of extension and dissemination of knowledge, particularly in the context of the promotion of culture and scientific practices, considered of greater relevance by the candidate, and relevant to the project to be developed, which was given a weighting factor of 10% considering:
a) Services to the scientific community and to society: a parameter that takes into account the participation and coordination of scientific and technological dissemination initiatives and taking into account the nature and results achieved by them when carried out towards the scientific community, including the organization of conferences and conferences.
14.4. Contribution to activities related to the management of science, technology and innovation programs, or experience in the observation and monitoring of the scientific and technological system or higher education, in Portugal or abroad, and relevant to the project to be developed, with a weighting factor of 10% considering:
a) Positions in boards of the university, school, or research unit: a parameter that takes into account the nature and the responsibility of the position. b) Other positions: parameter that takes into account the exercise of positions in national and international scientific organizations.
14.5. In weighing the evaluation criteria listed in paragraphs 14.1 to 14.4, each jury member may consider the following additional parameter: a) Contribution to the development and evolution of themes of the scientific area in which the competition is open, namely research on flow cytometry and confocal microscopy, as well as new techniques developed within these research areas.
15. The jury may decide to select up to 3 candidates who will be called to hold a session presenting the results of their investigation, following which the jury members should stimulate an open debate on its content and innovative character. This presentation session does not constitute a selection method and is not classified, aiming merely to obtain explanations or clarifications of elements contained in the candidates' curricula.
16. The Jury, when it deems it necessary, may request the candidate to present additional documents proving the candidate's statements, which are relevant to the analysis and classification of his/her application.
17. Classification of candidates
17.1. Each member of the jury assigns a classification to each of the candidates in each evaluation criterion, on a scale of 0 to 100 points, ranking the candidates according to their classification consisting on the sum of the partial classifications assigned in each evaluation criterion, and taking into account the weighting factor given to each parameter.
17.2. Candidates shall be ordered by applying the successive voting method.
17.3. The jury decides by absolute majority, and abstentions are not allowed.
17.4. The final classification of each candidate is the one corresponding to his or her ranking resulting from the application of the method referred to in point 17.2.
18. Minutes of the jury meetings are drawn up, which contain a summary of what has taken place in them, as well as the votes cast by each of the members and their reasons, being available to the candidates whenever requested.
19. The final deliberation of the jury is approved by the President of FARM-ID, and it is his responsibility to establish the respective contract.
20. The false statements made by the candidates will be punished according to the law.
21. The list of admitted and excluded candidates as well as the final ranking list are advertised on the website of FARM-ID, and the applicants will be notified by email with receipt of delivery of the notification.
22. Prior Hearing and Deadline for Final Decision: After being notified, candidates have 10 working days to submit a formal rebuttal. Within the term of 45 days, counted from the deadline for the presentation of the candidacies, the final decisions of the jury are given.

1. The Executive Board of the FARM-ID- Associação da Faculdade de Farmácia para a Investigação e Desenvolvimento took a decision to open an international selection competition for one doctorate position for the exercise of activities of scientific research in the field of Health Sciences ? Pharmaceutical Sciences, in the form of an employment contract under an unspecified fixed-term work contract under the ?Código do Trabalho? 2. Applicable law:
a) Decree-Law No. 57/2016, of August 29, the regulations for hiring doctorates to stimulate scientific and technological employment in all areas of knowledge (RJEC), with the amendments introduced by Law No. 57 / 2017, dated July 19, also taking into account the provisions of Regulatory Decree No. 11-A / 2017, of December 29.
b) ?Código do Trabalho? (Labor Code), approved by Law No. 7/2009, of February 12, in its current wording.
3. In compliance with article 13 of RJEC, the jury of the competition is composed as follows:

5. In compliance with the provisions of no. 1 of article 5 of the Regulatory Decree No. 11-A / 2017, of December 29, this tender is open for the remuneration level between 53 and 54 of the single remuneration table (TRU), which corresponds to a monthly remuneration of 3.201,40 Euros.
6. 6.1 Decree Law no. 57/2016, of August 29, which approved the regulations for hiring doctorates to stimulate scientific and technological employment in all areas of knowledge (RJEC), is an enabling norm for this international selection competition.
6.2 The opening of this competition is intended for the selection of an assistant researcher's place for the exercise of scientific research activity under an unspecified fixed-term work contract under the ?Código do Trabalho? (Labor Code) approved by Law No. 7 / 2009, of February 12, in its current wording, being the basis of contracting the execution of a service determined, precisely defined and non-durable, being the contracting necessarily financed regardless of its provenance.
6.3 The maximum term of the working contract is 30 (thirty) months.
6.4 Termination of the financing, termination of the project or completion of the tasks that are the subject of this competition shall determine the expiration of the contract that will operate with the communication referred to in article 345 (1) of the ?Código do Trabalho?(Labor Code), meaning that the employer shall notify the termination of the contract to the employee, at least seven, 30 or 60 days in advance, according to whether the contract lasted up to six months, six months to two years, or per longer period."
7. The competition is open for national candidates, foreigners and stateless persons who hold a doctoral degree in a branch of knowledge or specialty that covers the scientific area of Health Sciences ? Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific area, as well as those to whom, under the terms of Decree-Law n No. 341/2007, of October 12, regulated by Administrative Rule no. 227/2017, of July 25, was recognized the totality of the rights inherent to the degree of ?Doutor?, or to whom, under the terms of Decree-Law No 283/83 of June 21, has been granted equivalence or recognition to the degree of ?Doutor? and are also holders of a scientific and professional curriculum that reveals an adequate profile to the activity to be developed.
7.1 The recognition of the ?Doutor? degree should be obtained up to the last day of the date of expiry of the period granted for the conclusion of the contract, if the candidate ordained in an eligible place has obtained a doctorate abroad. 8. Formalization of applications:
8.1 Applications are formalized by means of an application form, made available at FARM-ID https://www.ff.ulisboa.pt/farm-id/?lang=en#tab_recruitment electronic address, addressed to the President of the FARM-ID- Associação da Faculdade de Farmácia para a Investigação e Desenvolvimento, stating the identification of this notice, full name, affiliation, number and date of identity card, Citizen Card, or number identification number, date and place of birth, marital status, profession, residence and contact address, including e-mail address and telephone contact.
8.2 The application shall be accompanied by documents proving the conditions laid down in point 7 for admission to this invitation to tender, in particular: a) Copy of certificate or diploma;
b) Detailed curriculum vitae, structured in accordance with the items in points 12 and 14, indicating the works, and adding a copy of them, that the candidate considers most relevant to each of the items in points 12 and 14;
c) Other documents that the candidate justifies to be relevant to the analysis of his / her application.
8.3 Applicants submit the documents referred to in 8.1 and 8.2 in PDF format at the electronic address concursos@farm-id.pt , issued up to the last day of the tender opening period, which is fixed at 10 working days after publication of this Notice. An applicant may, by reason of the impossibility or excessive costs of sending any of the documents referred to in 9.1 and 9.2 by e-mail, deliver them on physical support (3 copies), respecting the above date, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the address postal service ?FARM-ID, Av. Prof. Gama Pinto, 1649-003 Lisboa? or by hand at FARM-ID Human Resources. Not being accepted the justification of the candidate for the delivery of documents only in physical format, the President of the Jury will give a 3 working days to present them also in digital support.
8.4 The application and documents may be submitted in Portuguese or English.
9. By decision of the President of FARM-ID, candidates who do not comply with the provisions of point 9 are not admitted to the competition. Candidates who do not submit the application using the form or who do not deliver all the documents referred to in points 8.2 (a) and (b) or who present them unreadable, incorrectly completed, or invalid are eliminated. The jury is also entitled to require any candidate, in case of doubt and for the purposes of admission to competition, to present documentary evidence of the declarations in the submitted documents.
10. Approval on absolute merit:
10.1 The Jury will deliberate on its approval or rejection on absolute merit, by a justified vote where no abstentions are admitted.
10.2 A candidate is considered approved on absolute merit when he/she obtains a favorable vote of more than half of the members of the jury.
10.3 Candidates who have a scientific and curricular path relevant to the scientific area(s) of the competition and taking into account their suitability for the additional weighting criteria identified in 14.5 will be approved on absolute merit.
11. According to article 5 of RJEC, the selection is made through the evaluation of the scientific and curricular path of the candidates.
12. The evaluation of the scientific and curricular path focuses on relevance, quality and timeliness:
a) of the scientific, technological, academic, cultural or artistic production during the last five years and considered more relevant by the candidate;
b) of the applied or practice-based research activities developed over the last five years and considered as having the greatest impact by the candidate;
c) of the activities of extension and dissemination of knowledge developed during the last five years, in particular in the context of promoting the culture and scientific practices considered by the candidate to be of greater relevance;
d) of the activities of science, technology and innovation programs management or of the experience in observing and monitoring the scientific and technological system or higher education, in Portugal or abroad.
13. The period of five years referred to in the preceding paragraph may be increased by the jury, at the request of the candidate, when justified on grounds of suspension of scientific activity for socially protected reasons, namely for reasons of parental leave, prolonged serious illness, and other situations of unavailability for work legally protected.
14. The assessment criteria are set out in this entry, with the option mentioned in point 14.5, with particular emphasis on the curriculum vitae and the contributions considered to be of higher relevance by the candidate in the last 5 years.
14.1. Quality of the scientific, technological, cultural or artistic production, considered more relevant by the candidate, and relevant to the project to be developed, which was given a weighting factor of 50% considering:
a) Scientific publications: a parameter which takes into account books, chapters of books, articles in scientific journals and international conference proceedings of which the applicant was the author or co-author, considering:
i. its nature;
ii. its impact;
iii. the scientific / technological level and innovation;
iv. diversity and multidisciplinarity;
v. international collaboration;
vi. the importance of contributions to the advancement of the current state of knowledge;
vii. the importance of the works that have been selected by the candidate as most representative, in particular as regards their contribution to the development and evolution of the scientific area for which the competition is open.
b) Accompaniment and orientation of students, trainees and research fellows: a parameter that takes into account the orientation of doctoral students, master's and undergraduate students, trainees and research fellows taking into account the number, quality, scope and scientific / technological impact of the resulting publications, theses, dissertations and final course papers, distinguishing especially the awarded works and the international recognition.
14.2. Activities of applied or practice-based research, considered to be of greatest impact by the candidate, and relevant to the project to be developed, which was given a weighting factor of 30% considering:
a) Vocational training actions: a parameter which takes into account the participation and coordination of technological training actions aimed at enterprises and the public sector, taking into account their nature, technological intensity and results achieved.
b) Provision of services and integrated consultancy in the institutional mission: a parameter that takes into account participation in activities involving the business community and the public sector, taking into account the type of participation, size, diversity, technological intensity and innovation.
c) Design, project and production of scientific outputs: a parameter which takes into account the value of the FARM-ID activities of relevant professional experience.
14.3. Activities of extension and dissemination of knowledge, particularly in the context of the promotion of culture and scientific practices, considered of greater relevance by the candidate, and relevant to the project to be developed, which was given a weighting factor of 10% considering:
a) Services to the scientific community and to society: a parameter that takes into account the participation and coordination of scientific and technological dissemination initiatives and taking into account the nature and results achieved by them when carried out towards the scientific community, including the organization of conferences and conferences.
14.4. Contribution to activities related to the management of science, technology and innovation programs, or experience in the observation and monitoring of the scientific and technological system or higher education, in Portugal or abroad, and relevant to the project to be developed, with a weighting factor of 10% considering:
a) Positions in boards of the university, school, or research unit: a parameter that takes into account the nature and the responsibility of the position. b) Other positions: parameter that takes into account the exercise of positions in national and international scientific organizations.
14.5. Plano de trabalhos O/A candidato/a selecionado/a participará em várias tarefas do projeto, nomeadamente: a) Compilação de informação e dados; b) Dinamização de conteúdos do portal do colégio e das plataformas digitais; c) Apoio no desenvolvimento da estratégia do colégio, incluindo atividades de comunicação, disseminação e redes. 6. Local de trabalho e orientação científica O trabalho será desenvolvido no Instituto Superior de Agronomia / Tapada da Ajuda 1349-017 Lisboa e no Instituto de Educação da ULisboa, Alameda da universidade, 1649-013 Lisboa, sob a orientação científica da Professora Doutora Cecília Galvão Couto. 7. Métodos de seleção e respetiva valoração 7.1 O método de seleção a utilizar é a avaliação curricular (AC = 100%). O Júri reserva, caso se revele necessário, a possibilidade de convocação de até três candidatos para uma entrevista (E). Neste caso, para os/as candidatos/as que passarem à fase da entrevista, a primeira componente de avaliação pesará 70% e a entrevista pesará 30%. Na Avaliação Curricular (AC) dos/as candidatos/as são apreciadas as suas aptidões, ponderando-se, de acordo com as exigências do plano de trabalhos, a classificação final de licenciatura (CFL) e a Experiência (Exp), sendo feita de acordo com os parâmetros definidos em ata do Júri e tendo em conta as competências expressas pelo candidato no Curriculum Vitae nas seguintes vertentes: - Experiência comprovada em Divulgação das Ciências; - Conhecimentos em plataformas digitais; - Experiência (preferencial) em Fund raising - Domínio de língua portuguesa e inglesa. 7.4 Na entrevista (E), caso seja realizada, são avaliados, de forma objetiva e sistemática, os conhecimentos e as competências técnicas e aspetos comportamentais evidenciados durante a interação estabelecida entre o entrevistador e o/a entrevistado/a, nomeadamente os relacionados com a capacidade de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal, análise da informação e sentido crítico, iniciativa e autonomia, capacidade de planeamento e organização; capacidade de integração e colaboração em equipas de trabalho. 7.5 Cada um dos métodos de seleção é eliminatório. 7.5.1 Na AC são excluídos os/as candidatos/as que não obtenham classificação igual ou superior a 14, ou, cumprindo-o, não se encontrem ordenados nos 5 primeiros lugares. 7.5.2 Na (E) são excluídos os/as candidatos/as que não compareçam à entrevista ou que obtenham classificação inferior a 9,5 valores nesta. 7.6 Os/as candidatos/as têm acesso às atas do júri, onde constam os parâmetros de avaliação e respetiva ponderação de cada um dos métodos de seleção a utilizar, a grelha classificativa e o sistema de valoração final do método, desde que as solicitem. 8. Nos termos do art.10º do Regulamento de Bolsas de Investigação da Universidade de Lisboa, podem candidatar-se cidadãos nacionais, de outros estados membros da União Europeia e de estados terceiros, detentores de título de residência válido ou beneficiários do estatuto de residente de longa duração, nos termos previstos na Lei n.º 23/2007, de 4 de julho, alterada pela Lei n.º 28/2019, de 29 de março ou com os quais Portugal tenha celebrado acordos de reciprocidade. 3.2. Plano de trabalhos O/A candidato/a selecionado/a participará em várias tarefas do projeto, nomeadamente: a) Compilação de informação e dados; b) Dinamização de conteúdos do portal do colégio e das plataformas digitais; c) Apoio no desenvolvimento da estratégia do colégio, incluindo atividades de comunicação, disseminação e redes. 6. Local de trabalho e orientação científica O trabalho será desenvolvido no Instituto Superior de Agronomia / Tapada da Ajuda 1349-017 Lisboa e no Instituto de Educação da ULisboa, Alameda da universidade, 1649-013 Lisboa, sob a orientação científica da Professora Doutora Cecília Galvão Couto. 7. Métodos de seleção e respetiva valoração 7.1 O método de seleção a utilizar é a avaliação curricular (AC = 100%). O Júri reserva, caso se revele necessário, a possibilidade de convocação de até três candidatos para uma entrevista (E). Neste caso, para os/as candidatos/as que passarem à fase da entrevista, a primeira componente de avaliação pesará 70% e a entrevista pesará 30%. O júri poderá não atribuir a bolsa se a qualidade dos/as candidatos/as for inferior à pretendida. 7.2 A Avaliação Curricular (AC) é expressa numa escala de 0 a 20 valores, com valoração até às centésimas; e a Entrevista (E), se existir, será avaliada segundo os níveis classificativos de Elevado, Bom, Suficiente, Reduzido ou Insuficiente, aos quais correspondem, respetivamente, as classificações de 20, 16, 12, 8 e 4 valores; 7.3. Legislação aplicável 1. O concurso rege-se pelas disposições constantes pelo Código do Trabalho, aprovado pela Lei n.º 7/2009, de 12 de fevereiro, na sua redação atual. 2. O concurso é aberto no respeito do contrato-programa celebrado entre a FCT e a AIDFM que rege a atribuição do financiamento atribuído ao Centro Cardiovascular da Universidade de Lisboa. 2. Local de trabalho O trabalho será desenvolvido no Centro Cardiovascular da Universidade de Lisboa, sob a orientação científica da Prof. Doutora Susana Constantino. 3. Remuneração A remuneração mensal a atribuir corresponde ao nível 49 da tabela remuneratória única, em conformidade com as disposições do n.º. 1 do artigo 5º do Decreto Regulamentar n.º 11-A / 2017, de 29 de dezembro, no valor ilíquido de 2.961.07 (dois mil novecentos e sessenta e um euros e sete cêntimos) Euros. 4. Tipo de contrato A contratação é feita na modalidade de contrato de trabalho a termo resolutivo certo, por um período de 12 meses, eventualmente renovável, ao abrigo do Código do Trabalho. 5. Plano de Trabalho ? Tratamento e análise de resultados científicos a partir de diferentes metodologias; ? Divulgação e comunicação em ciência no sentido de promover literacia em saúde cardiovascular; ? Manutenção de registos; ? Apoio à submissão de candidaturas para financiamento. 6. Requisitos de admissão a concurso Ao concurso podem ser opositores (as) candidatos (as) nacionais, estrangeiros (as) e apátridas que, à data limite de candidatura, sejam: a) titulares do grau de Doutor na área de Ciências Biológicas. Caso o doutoramento tenha sido conferido por instituição de ensino superior estrangeira, o mesmo tem de obedecer ao disposto no Decreto-Lei n.º 341/2007, de 12 de Outubro. A equivalência, reconhecimento ou registo do grau ?Doutor? deverá ser obtido até o último dia do termo do prazo outorgado para a conclusão do contrato, se o candidato ordenado em um lugar elegível tiver obtido um doutoramento no exterior. b) experiência em tratamento e análise de dados resultantes de técnicas de histologia, microscopia, biologia molecular e celular e desenvolvimento de técnicas de irradiação em modelos animais; c) conhecimentos de análise de imagem e softwares de análise e edição; d) capacidade de trabalho independente e forte capacidade de gestão; e) motivação para trabalho em equipa multidisciplinar na área da investigação; f) bom domínio da escrita científica em Português e em Inglês; g) participação e coordenação de iniciativas de divulgação científica e tecnológica destinadas à comunidade científica, comunidade educativa e setor público, nomeadamente: organização de congressos, conferências, exposições e eventos; h) desenvolvimento e coordenação de conteúdos pedagógicos e didáticos, nomeadamente: recursos educativos, formação de professores, plataformas digitais; i) envolvimento e gestão de stakeholders do setor público e privado; j) planeamento estratégico e elevado sentido de organização, orientado por objectivos e cumprimento de prazos; 7. Formalização da candidatura 1. As candidaturas são formalizadas mediante requerimento dirigido ao Prof. Doutor Fausto Pinto, solicitando a aceitação da candidatura e onde conste a indicação do concurso a que se candidata, designando claramente a AIDFM e o lugar ao qual se está a candidatar, identificação do candidato com nome completo, número e data do bilhete de identidade ou Cartão de Cidadão, ou outro documento de identificação (no caso de candidatos provenientes do estrangeiro) ou número de identificação civil, data de nascimento, residência e endereço de contacto, incluindo endereço eletrónico e contacto telefónico. 2. A candidatura é acompanhada da seguinte documentação: a) Documento comprovativo da titularidade do grau de Doutor e da data de obtenção do grau e do título exigido para o concurso. A avaliação do percurso científico e curricular incide sobre a relevância, qualidade e atualidade dos contributos científicos dos/as candidatos/as, considerando-se: a) A produção científica considerada mais relevante pelo candidato e associada ao concurso; b) As atividades de investigação desenvolvidas consideradas de maior impacto pelo candidato e associadas ao concurso; c) As atividades de disseminação do conhecimento desenvolvidas, designadamente no contexto da promoção da cultura e das práticas científicas, consideradas de maior relevância pelo candidato e associadas ao concurso; d) As atividades de gestão de programas e projetos de ciência, tecnologia e inovação. 9. Métodos de seleção A avaliação do mérito do candidato considera os seguintes critérios: Formação Académica - 30% Curriculum Vitae - 60% Carta de motivação - 10% 10. Admissão em mérito absoluto 1. O Júri delibera sobre a sua aprovação ou rejeição em mérito absoluto, por um voto justificado em que não são admitidas abstenções. 2. Um candidato é considerado aprovado em mérito absoluto quando obtiver voto favorável de mais da metade dos membros do júri. 3. Os candidatos que tenham um percurso científico e curricular relevante para a (s) área (s) científica (s) da competição e tendo em conta a sua adequação aos critérios adicionais de ponderação identificados em 8. serão aprovados em mérito absoluto. 11. Classificação e ordenação final 1. A classificação final de cada candidato corresponde à pontuação obtida na avaliação curricular, cabendo ao júri elaborar a lista de ordenação dos candidatos aprovados com a respetiva classificação. 2. A ordenação dos candidatos resulta na média ponderada das classificações quantitativas obtidas em cada um dos parâmetros de avaliação, numa escala de 0 a 100 pontos. 12. Audiência de interessados e Prazo para a Decisão Final 1. Das listas de candidatos admitidos e excluídos bem como da lista de classificação final e ordenação dos candidatos, há lugar a audiência de interessados, nos termos do disposto nos artigos 121.º e 122.º do Código do Procedimento Administrativo, aprovado pelo Decreto Lei n.º 4/2015, de 7 de Janeiro, procedendo-se à notificação dos interessados por mensagem de correio eletrónico. 2. O processo de concurso poderá ser consultado pelos candidatos através do email ccul@medicina.ulisboa.pt mencionando CCUL/RO/08/2021, nos termos indicados na notificação referida no ponto anterior. 3. Após serem notificados, os candidatos têm 10 dias úteis para apresentar uma contestação formal. Dentro do prazo de 45 dias, contados a partir do prazo para a apresentação das candidaturas, são dadas as decisões finais do júri. 4. Legislação aplicável 1. O concurso rege-se pelas disposições constantes pelo Código do Trabalho, aprovado pela Lei n.º 7/2009, de 12 de fevereiro, na sua redação atual. 2. O concurso é aberto no respeito do contrato-programa celebrado entre a FCT e a AIDFM que rege a atribuição do financiamento atribuído ao Centro Cardiovascular da Universidade de Lisboa. 2. Local de trabalho O trabalho será desenvolvido no Centro Cardiovascular da Universidade de Lisboa, sob a orientação científica da Prof. Doutora Susana Constantino. 3. Remuneração A remuneração mensal a atribuir corresponde ao nível 49 da tabela remuneratória única, em conformidade com as disposições do n.º. 1 do artigo 5º do Decreto Regulamentar n.º 11-A / 2017, de 29 de dezembro, no valor ilíquido de 2.961.07 (dois mil novecentos e sessenta e um euros e sete cêntimos) Euros. 4. Tipo de contrato A contratação é feita na modalidade de contrato de trabalho a termo resolutivo certo, por um período de 12 meses, eventualmente renovável, ao abrigo do Código do Trabalho. 5. Plano de Trabalho ? Tratamento e análise de resultados científicos a partir de diferentes metodologias; ? Divulgação e comunicação em ciência no sentido de promover literacia em saúde cardiovascular; ? Manutenção de registos; ? Apoio à submissão de candidaturas para financiamento. 6. Requisitos de admissão a concurso Ao concurso podem ser opositores (as) candidatos (as) nacionais, estrangeiros (as) e apátridas que, à data limite de candidatura, sejam: a) titulares do grau de Doutor na área de Ciências Biológicas. Caso o doutoramento tenha sido conferido por instituição de ensino superior estrangeira, o mesmo tem de obedecer ao disposto no Decreto-Lei n.º 341/2007, de 12 de Outubro. A equivalência, reconhecimento ou registo do grau ?Doutor? deverá ser obtido até o último dia do termo do prazo outorgado para a conclusão do contrato, se o candidato ordenado em um lugar elegível tiver obtido um doutoramento no exterior. b) experiência em tratamento e análise de dados resultantes de técnicas de histologia, microscopia, biologia molecular e celular e desenvolvimento de técnicas de irradiação em modelos animais; c) conhecimentos de análise de imagem e softwares de análise e edição; d) capacidade de trabalho independente e forte capacidade de gestão; e) motivação para trabalho em equipa multidisciplinar na área da investigação; f) bom domínio da escrita científica em Português e em Inglês; g) participação e coordenação de iniciativas de divulgação científica e tecnológica destinadas à comunidade científica, comunidade educativa e setor público, nomeadamente: organização de congressos, conferências, exposições e eventos; h) desenvolvimento e coordenação de conteúdos pedagógicos e didáticos, nomeadamente: recursos educativos, formação de professores, plataformas digitais; i) envolvimento e gestão de stakeholders do setor público e privado; j) planeamento estratégico e elevado sentido de organização, orientado por objectivos e cumprimento de prazos; 7. Formalização da candidatura 1. As candidaturas são formalizadas mediante requerimento dirigido ao Prof. Doutor Fausto Pinto, solicitando a aceitação da candidatura e onde conste a indicação do concurso a que se candidata, designando claramente a AIDFM e o lugar ao qual se está a candidatar, identificação do candidato com nome completo, número e data do bilhete de identidade ou Cartão de Cidadão, ou outro documento de identificação (no caso de candidatos provenientes do estrangeiro) ou número de identificação civil, data de nascimento, residência e endereço de contacto, incluindo endereço eletrónico e contacto telefónico. 2. A candidatura é acompanhada da seguinte documentação: a) Documento comprovativo da titularidade do grau de Doutor e da data de obtenção do grau e do título exigido para o concurso. No caso de titulares do grau de doutor/a obtido no estrangeiro, necessário apresentar documento comprovativo do seu reconhecimento por instituição de ensino superior portuguesa, nos termos do disposto no Decreto-Lei n.º 341/2007, de 12 de Outubro, devendo quaisquer formalidades aí estabelecidas estar cumpridas até à data do termo do prazo para a candidatura; b) Carta de motivação, com uma extensão máxima de 750 palavras, contendo: i) reflexão sobre as atividades pertinentes para o presente concurso e perspetivas futuras do trabalho a desenvolver; ii) e reflexão sobre a adequação do candidato às atividades de investigação previstas no âmbito do projeto e da Unidade de Investigação para a qual está a concorrer; c) Um exemplar em formato eletrónico (pdf) do curriculum vitae detalhado, apresentando uma cópia dos trabalhos que o candidato considere mais relevantes. d) Outros diplomas ou certificados que o candidato justifique serem relevantes para a análise da sua candidatura. 3.
