• Position Summary:*The Assistant Director for Assessment & Operations is a full-time, twelve-month, exempt position reporting to the Associate Director for Residence Life. The Assistant Director for Assessment & Operations works closely with other professionals in the administration and management of a comprehensive housing and residence life program that serves 5700 on-campus students. This position has the responsibility for general administrative oversight and management of assessment planning, implementation, and operational processes for housing and residence life.
• Minimum Qualifications:*Master’s Degree with concentration in College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
A minimum of four years of full-time experience working in Housing and Residential Programs (Residence Life).
