General Description / Primary Purpose:
• This position provides accounting support to Student Government centralized funded entities that may include but are not limited to the Osprey Involvement Center, Club Funding, Lend-A-Wing Pantry, Osprey Life & Productions, Recreation & Intramurals, SG Executive Branch, SG Judicial Branch, SG Legislative Branch, Student Travel, Student Elections, Student Union, and the Student Wellness Complex.
• The accounting associate provides primary accounting support for roughly five of these funded entities in rotation and secondary support for all the other A&S funded entities. Accounting support encompasses processing purchase requests, audits for compliance, encumbrance reviews, monitoring and reconciling department accounts, notifying the SG Business Manager and Controller’s Office of any discrepancies and/or needed voucher adjustments, and maintaining SG’s accounting information system. The position also provides one-on-one customer support to student leaders in terms of advisement and training regarding routine procedures. This position will be required to attend Legislative meetings, which may occur in the evenings or weekends. Schedule may be adjusted to accommodate these hours.
Job Function:
Specific tasks include:
• Processing invoices for payment.
• Recording/filing of paperwork, electronic files, and transactions into the SG accounting system.
• Prepares/processes various forms to accomplish required office functions, tasks, and projects (purchase requisitions, travel requests, payee invoices, contracts, etc.).
• Assists in the review/proofreading of printed materials.
• Prepares travel requests and reimbursements for student travel including hotel and car reservations and University travel system workflows.
• Checks out & logs in P-Card and/or Lend-A-Wing van keys.
• Assists with the Executive Branch travel arrangements.
• Tracks and reconciles centralized A&S fee budgets and foundation account and notifies supervisor of any discrepancies.
• Prints and distributes monthly reports for centralized A&S fee budgets. Participates in bi-weekly meeting with budget directors.
• Acts on approved Senate fiscal legislation, which includes budget amendments, transfer of funds, assisting with capital project funds, and travel arrangements.
• Attends Student Government meetings (including, but not limited to Budget and Allocations Committee, Osprey Involvement Center Club Funding Board, and Senate meetings) as required.
• Assists budget managers with vendor conflict resolution.
• Assists centralized budgets with payroll processing and implementation.
• Assists decentralized A&S fee budgets with various accounting services, if needed or requested. Aids in the continuous development of the SG accounting system and provides input into operation policies and procedures.
• Assists in fiscal training of new SG administration, student leaders, and agencies. Assists in the preparation of the annual operating budget requests.
• May oversee training for Osprey Involvement Center employees on club funding procedures and new employees on navigating and using university student engagement platform.

The Landscape Steward must be responsible, reliable, and hard-working. The candidate must be positive, energetic, and enjoy working collaboratively with students, instructors, and faculty. It also requires a professional and dedicated person who is detail oriented. This person must help with all UNF Ogier Gardens physical tasks, including but not limited to: working both inside and outside in heat, sun, wind, rain & cold; preparing beds, planting, cultivating, weeding, harvesting, mulching, scouting, including recording pests and disease (which may require lifting heavy objects of up to 50 lbs); working near animals, plants, and insects that can bite/sting. In addition to those physical tasks, the position requires you to help with all UNF Ogier Gardens outreach, including but not limited to: introducing yourself as staff to each person who enters the Gardens, and guiding volunteers, marketing and outreach efforts, as well as promoting student health through gardening. Our Landscape Steward is responsible for leading other staff and volunteers in beautifying the Ogier Gardens’ biodiverse landscape and caring for our... infrastructure, tools and equipment.
• Beautify the landscape: The student will take the lead in the mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, deadheading flowers, seeding wildflowers, maintaining pathways, seeding cover crops and grass as well as saving seeds.
• Maintain our infrastructure, tools and equipment – The student will monitor and assist with irrigation installation and repair, ensure that our equipment is used, cleaned and put away properly.
The Landscape Steward must be responsible, reliable, and hard-working. The candidate must be positive, energetic, and enjoy working collaboratively with students, instructors, and faculty. It also requires a professional and dedicated person who is detail oriented. This person must help with all UNF Ogier Gardens physical tasks, including but not limited to: working both inside and outside in heat, sun, wind, rain & cold; preparing beds, planting, cultivating, weeding, harvesting, mulching, scouting, including recording pests and disease (which may require lifting heavy objects of up to 50 lbs); working near animals, plants, and insects that can bite/sting. In addition to those physical tasks, the position requires you to help with all UNF Ogier Gardens outreach, including but not limited to: introducing yourself as staff to each person who enters the Gardens, and guiding volunteers, marketing and outreach efforts, as well as promoting student health through gardening. It is extremely rare that work may be required on weekends.

This position is responsible for a variety of duties associated with front office operations for Parking Services. Assisting walk-up and phone-in customers is the primary function of this position. That assistance may be associated with giving directions to specific locations around the campus community, listening to the customer and then informing the customer of the answers to that persons questions and completing payment transactions for parking tickets and parking permits. Having a working knowledge of the parking citation appeal process to be able to assist customers with questions is also required. This position may also be the first point of contact for new guests on campus. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are needed in order to provide the customer service level required to be successful. The ability to manage a cash drawer and the associated documentation is a necessity. Use of a personal desk top computer with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft products is also a necessity. Without well versed and trained team members in these positions, Parking Services will be unable to provide consistent, high quality, customer service.

General Description / Primary Purpose
The Coordinator of Athletics Strategic Communications, under the direction of an Assistant Director or above, assists in the design, development and implementation of departmental processes and/or programs. Recommends policies and procedures to ensure effective coordination of departmental programs.

Sports Information Director/Media Relations (60%)
The Coordinator of Strategic Communications will serve as the media relations contact for assigned sports and departments, serving as the point of contact for teams, coaches and administrators as needed. This person will coordinate interviews and work with external media entities including print, radio, social media, web and tv for local, regional and national requests. In this role, the Coordinator of Strategic Athletics Communications will tie creative, promotional and informational content into a cohesive message benefitting teams and student-athletes. Interviews, press releases, recaps, feature stories, social media content, video and photo content will be used to deliver this information.
On a skill and task-level, the Coordinator of Strategic Communications acts as the lead statistician for assigned sports, responsible for doing live stats at events while training student and part-time staff as needed. This person may be responsible for scoreboard, table crew and other in-game statistical duties.
The Coordinator of Strategic Communications will assist with managing the aesthetics and function of the athletic department's website. Additionally, this role is tasked with generating almanacs, quick facts, game notes and other published material for in-house and external uses.

This person will handle the day-to-day creative responsibilities for content creation used for in-house, social media and web. The Coordinator of Strategic Communications uses Adobe Suite software, Sidearm Sports backend, Stat Crew, Genius Live Stats and has a working understanding of SID gameday duties and broadcast operations. As needed, this person will shoot and edit both videos and photos, working on the cutting edge of new media. Additionally, this position will offer support on live streams and broadcasts.

Job Function:
General clerical and reception duties including providing direct support to the graduate program director as necessary. Conducts routine functions including light correspondence, arranging for meetings, rooms and catering; maintaining other documents or documentation as requested. Assists with the automated scoring of exams and oversee student activities in the office including the operation of automated exam grading. Handle travel related activities such as setting up travel for individual faculty members, advising them as necessary; completing travel reimbursement forms and maintaining the travel files. Purchasing and maintaining a stock of stationary supplies for faculty and lab use; purchasing paper supplies and maintaining order in the stationery supply cabinets.
Marginal Functions:
Assist in issuing keys as needed for faculty and students, handling book orders and desk copies for faculty as required. Scheduling shared and public rooms and maintaining the calendars for the reservation book.
