About The Role
The Senior Accreditation Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating the effective development and implementation of external accreditation activities and business intelligence reporting within the Faculty of Business and Economics (FBE). To support the Faculty’s pursuit and maintenance of accreditation (specifically associated with Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and the EFMD Quality Improvement System (EQUIS)), this position is responsible for providing high-level support and specialist advice to the senior leadership of the Faculty. About The Role
The Senior Accreditation Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating the effective development and implementation of external accreditation activities and business intelligence reporting within the Faculty of Business and Economics (FBE). About You

The Technician, under the guidance of Machine Workshop Coordinator and Lead Technician, will primarily be responsible for overseeing the safe operation machinery and equipment by students and staff as part of the Open Access. The Technician will also contribute to the daily operation of the facility assisting students with fabrication queries, conducting consultations and assisting the Maker Spaces Management Team with the delivery of core services.
Responsibilities include:

• Contributing to an open, inclusive, and welcoming University environment, whilst managing the delivery of Core Services to achieve optimal outcomes for all users of the Maker Spaces.
• Efficiently and effectively operating fabrication equipment and solve complex fabrication problems, ensuring all outcomes are completed on budget, on-time, and to the requisite standard
• Ensuring practice of established OHS and safety protocols. Report to the Machine Workshop Coordinator any issues or changes required to processes and protocols to continually improve safety practices..
• Liaising with the Machine Workshop Coordinator and Lead Technician to implement and maintain a maintenance plan
About You
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate self-motivation with the ability to work under general direction as an effective member of a team. You will also bring high level interpersonal/communication skills and a strong customer service focus, with a demonstrated ability to communicate technical information effectively to a range of staff and students.
You will also have:
• A relevant qualification with experience in fabrication, or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training.
• Demonstrated interest and experience working with wood working machines and other advanced prototyping output devices.
Special Requirement
• You will be required to maintain current OHS training including First Aid (level 2) certification, OHS Roles & Responsibilities, Hazard Identification and Incident Management amongst others, with training to be provided by the faculty.
To ensure the University continues to provide a safe environment for everyone, this position requires the incumbent to hold a current and valid Working with Children Check.
