Opportunity Summary:

Opportunity Summary:

Upland Software is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to help us develop and launch a partner program for our content center productivity solutions. This individual will also develop and execute marketing programs designed to create awareness across the partner ecosystem, helping to recruit new partners. The Partner Marketing Manager will also collaborate with existing partners to identify new sales opportunities through the development of joint marketing campaigns and the creation of joint collateral and sales tools.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage partner program for global and regional SIs, resellers, and consulting firms.
• Create marketing campaigns and communications that generate awareness and visibility across the partner ecosystem to identify opportunities for new partnerships.
• Develop messaging and create high-impact content in support of partner solutions, working in collaboration with product leaders and partner managers.
• Work with various partners to develop, implement, and manage joint marketing programs and materials that clearly articulate the combined value and drive demand for Upland products/services and partner solutions.
• Engage with technology partners to ensure we are leveraging available marketing programs and events to maximize exposure and awareness.
• Partner with Alliance sales teams to develop compelling sales plays to grow pipeline and revenue.
• Align with Partner Communities to drive demand generation through execution of joint partner marketing activities.
• Ensure Upland is properly represented on partner websites, collateral, portals, etc.
• Evaluate and recommend partner relationship management tools.
• Build and maintain list of target/existing partners and relevant contacts.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of partner/channel marketing experience in a B2B setting, ideally marketing solutions to enterprise markets.
• Strong understanding of partner marketing and a track record of owning campaigns and driving success.
• Understanding of SIs/resellers and experience collaborating with them on joint marketing initiatives.
• Experience developing and executing demand generation programs such as email campaigns, webinars, events/conferences, and advertising campaigns.
• Ability to create partner-specific collateral, web content, and other marketing assets.
• Strong communicator and collaborator who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and partner relationship management tools.

Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of contact center and/or knowledge management space.

Localytics is a mobile app analytics and engagement platform used by large brands to deliver meaningful, personalized customer experiences that drive revenue, increase app adoption and engagement, and improve retention/loyalty. The product is sold into the marketing departments of some of the world’s largest brands, specializing in large retailers, financial services firms, media & entertainment, and travel & hospitality brands, e.g. Macy’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Staples, Home Shopping Network, Bath & Body Works.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join Upland India as a Senior Software Engineer I for our Localytics product. The individual will work with our backend development team.

To be a part of this journey, you should have an overall industry experience of 5- 7 years working in Ruby-on-Rails framework along with a strong work ethics record.
What would you do?
• Develop, test, and maintain all APIs
• Manage and maintain SQL and No-SQL tables, data, and stored procedures within all databases
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive code to enhance the user experience and support analytical products
• Troubleshoot and diagnose production issues
• Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members
• Take lead on projects as needed
• Jump in and help the team deliver features when it is required
• Balance technical debt vs. feature development vs. supporting customers
What are we looking for?

The following skills are mandatory and a strong experience will be required in them to be successful in this role
• 5- 7 years of Ruby-on-Rails Experience (or other JVM languages)
• Experience in MySQL, Snowflake, S3
• Solid understanding and usage of software design patterns
• Experience w/Large scale Distributed systems and Microservices
• Cloud Development Experience, especially AWS

The following skills are not mandatory, but nice to have and will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Scala, Python, No-SQL and REDIS

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent will be required for this role.
