The Senior Human Resources Strategic Initiatives Manager will be responsible for coaching and developing field talent on the rollout & implementation of Supply Chain initiatives and plays while ensuring accurate execution and on time deployment. This individual will also lead HR related projects and day-to-day deployment activities by location throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The Senior Human Resources Strategic Initiatives Manager - SRT (Staffing-Retention-Talent) will operate as an effective communicator with the ability to drive results/ change throughout various levels and phases of each implementation.

This position is virtual/remote with extensive travel which means the work can be completed from anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leads HR project work within Supply Chain - SRT (Staffing-Retention-Talent) Initiatives
• Provides guidance and counsel to project team and leadership on Supply Chain Initiatives and HR activities
• Hosts all pre-deployment activities and conducts market needs assessment to evaluate market readiness for implementation
• Creates and deploys standardized, configurable plays for Supply Chain developed by SRT team
• Coaches field leadership in play execution to ensure plays are adhered to as written, executed consistently, and delivered on-time
• Leads all implementation activities at the deploying markets(s) (Human Resources, Warehouse, Transportation, Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
• Drives all project related activities of through project lifecycle (creation through execution) ensuring compliance to the prescribed playbook
• Prepares impact/gap analysis and facilitates workshops to document current state vs future state and documents processes related to the project
• Trains local Supply Chain and Human Resources leadership to expert user status for their specific roles
• Partners with SRT team to ensure accuracy and consistency of play execution
• Works closely with local leadership teams to identify and remove barriers to success
• Maintains performance scorecards to track development and execution of plays
• Collects, consolidates, and cascades feedback upward from field to function leaders
• Shares best practices and feedback from field to Supply Chain and Human Resources leadership, and completes playbook revisions as necessary
• Provides weekly project status updates and conducts weekly status calls or market visits
• Updates Project Playbooks and deployment process documentation, including workflows, RACI charts and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office products
• Travel 50% - 100%

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:
• Lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis and up to 100 lbs. on an occasional basis.
• Load and unload the vehicle for multi-stop deliveries.
• Transport deliveries by driving assigned vehicles.
• Use hand truck to move product from the delivery vehicle into the customer location including going up and down stairs with product as necessary.
• Accurately record delivery information including operating a hand scanner and all company required documentation.
• Responsible for the proper documentation and disposition for any return product.
• Communicate delivery- customer issues to proper authority (i.e., Customer Service,
• Territory Manager, Transportation Supervisor, etc.).
• Deliver product to each of the designated stops following the stop sequence provided for the day.
• Unload product safely and stage product in the space(s) designated by customer.
• Check invoice for complete delivery. Process paperwork and damaged merchandise if any.
• Collect payments if necessary.
• Monitor refrigeration system on the delivery vehicle on a consistent basis for safety; follow all safe food handling procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections such as monitoring fluid levels, tires, windshield wash and replenishing fuel.

Qualifications

Education/Training:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Related Experience/Requirements:
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license issued by the state of legal residence with proper endorsements if required. No more than two convictions in the past two-year period for traffic violations, no DUI convictions in the past three years, no driver’s license suspensions in the past three years. Must be able to pass DOT physical.
• No commercial or professional driving experience required. One year of multi-stop delivery experience is preferred or six months local delivery experience and/or foodservice industry experience.
• Hand cart delivery experience preferred.

The Indirect Tax Analyst will be responsible for preparation, payment, research, and audit defense of indirect tax filings.

• Support indirect tax team in a variety of areas including sales and use tax, property tax, fuel tax, business licenses and registrations, and unclaimed property
