• Collect, process, and dispose of trash from patient tray line and dish room. Perform ware washing procedures for patient and cafe trays. Sort, stack and returns flatware, china and trays to proper location for next meal.
• Participate in educational programs and in-service meetings. Attend meetings as required. Alert supervisor of any issues with patients, equipment or food.
• Monitor and document equipment temperatures according to established procedures, time and duties. Assure patient safety by verifying patient's name and room number on menu. Alert Nursing Services if menu and name on door do not correspond.
• Complete and maintain all job performance requirements and standards as outlined in Career Ladder Program and Position Time and Duties.
