• Responsible for calculating and reporting on staff commissions.
• Become Responsible for contacting customers to arrange for payments as well as arranging payment plans and sending accounts to collections.
• Communicates with customers regarding discrepancies in charges, payments, or credits, and researches any disputed items.
• Disseminates information about and assists in, the local implementation of Valpak policies, programs, and products with Owned & Operated franchises.
• Implements VPOffice and Franchise Operations programs tailored specifically for organizational needs.
• Interacts and supports Valpak Holding departments (Franchise Sales, Sales Operations, ITSS, Customer Service, etc.) on Franchise Operational and VPOffice related issues (topics).

Responsibilities
• Responsible for executing and managing all aspects of assigned key account advertising programs.
• Prepare and perform detailed campaign executions including but not limited to research, ad hoc reports, market analysis, mailing geography selections, facilitate creative assets and process, and participate in post release verification process.
• Create and maintain project files as needed to manage accounts while offering on demand visibility to sales leadership.
• Ensure Valpak advertisers experience the highest quality customer service by building strong professional relationships and maintaining historical program information.
• Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of product offerings, (in-house as well as products available through partner relationships), serving as the technical and implementation expert.

Qualifications:
