WiseStamp is an email signature solutions market leader that has been a part of vcita since August 2019. We provide easy and robust email signature solutions for end customers (B2C) and companies of all sizes (B2B).

Our teams are based out of Bellevue, Washington, Tampa, Florida and Tel-Aviv, Israel.

As a Partner Success Manager (PSM) you will manage the full cycle of the partner to reach adoption results, from the strategy planning, through ongoing consulting and renewal negotiation. You will have a deep understanding of the partner’s business needs and inspire clients to fully utilize the vcita platform’s benefits for their impact and value. The ideal candidate should possess strong business and analytical expertise as well as strong account management expertise.

Responsibilities:
• Take primary ownership of the strategy and execution throughout the partner lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with internal Product, Sales and Marketing stakeholders to strengthen operational components around onboarding, training, retention, insights, growth, renewals, and partner health and adoption metrics
• Drive adoption of the vcita Platform, ensuring our partners get the utmost value out of our services
• Achieve partners' goals by providing training, sharing sales and success tools, best practices, strategies and use cases. Identify areas where additional learning and reinforcement are required to improve partner performance.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing partners and achieve growth goals
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of vcita’s products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partners
• Execute Cross functional Partners related projects working with internal and external functions towards timely, successful completion of the project
• Act as the voice of the partner and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
• Maintain expertise on industry trends/practices and competitive landscape

Requirements
• +4 years of successful track record leading strategic partnerships or large enterprise customers ( Partner Manager /Enterprise CSM) in SaaS organization
• Strong relationship skills, supported by strategic consulting skills and technical curiosity
• ​​Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to figure out how things should work, and to identify patterns and trends
• Strong project management capabilities, specifically experience leveraging internal resources and stakeholders to execute against deadlines within a complex organization
