Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:
• Interact with high-profile Casino and VIP guests and execute the highest level of guest service standards which are consistent with Resorts World Las Vegas standards and brand attributes.
• Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by utilizing cutting edge technology, a positive attitude, sound judgement and assist in coordination of guest requests with all applicable departments.
• Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner and resolve guest concerns with a sense of urgency and diplomacy, while always seeking ways to enhance the experience in every interaction.
• Perform duties including suite inspections and hotel escorts, driving company vehicle for off property errand runs, stocking and maintaining of front of house and back of house products, and additional services to enhance guest experience
• Maintain knowledge of food, beverage and amenity offerings and understand how to properly serve each of the aforementioned.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of property offerings and amenities. Utilize this knowledge to create curated experiences for guests, while simultaneously driving hotel revenue.
• Monitor, document and notify the Manager of Luxury Services - Crockfords of any problems that may impact or jeopardize the achievement of current future departmental objectives.
• Professionally communicate with guests and co-workers through face-to-face, e-mail, text message and/or telephone forums and obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.

Summary Statement

The Housekeeping Tower Manager oversees the daily operations of a Housekeeping Department. The Tower Manager is responsible for managing the delivery and measurement of Resorts World Las Vegas standards for quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction while also managing the day-to-day operational functions. This position manages many priorities and demands while solving problems, supporting Team Members, as well as performing the duties of a Floor Manager and Housekeeper when required.

Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:
• Ownership of the daily activities for the areas of responsibility to include appropriate cleaning of all room types, corridors, storage areas, ice machine, lockers, hallways, stairwells, and trash rooms to ensure the highest degree of guest and team member satisfaction.
• Handle and support all hourly and salaried Team Members on matters related to discipline, grievances and any concerns that may arise.
• Inform salaried Team Members on the latest procedures and policies within the company and department to ensure Resorts World Las Vegas standards are met.
• Monitor salaried Team Members performance, progress, and work areas.
• Conduct regular training and coaching while providing performance appraisals and counseling/corrective action as needed.
• Delegate tasks and department duties or projects and ensure deadlines related to those assignments are met in an efficient manner.

• Ensure all housekeeping storage, pick station areas, cleaning equipment and housekeeping tools are clean, maintained and organized; assure shelves are clearly labeled and are properly cared for.
• Conduct hiring and onboarding of all staff in all aspects of housekeeping including guest service; attend and arrange specific training for housekeeping staff as required.
• Ensure proper, efficient, and timely communication channels are being maintained with Senior Management and cross departments including front desk, engineering, etc.
• Oversee housekeeping services when supplemented by a third-party vendor.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventories in a timely manner, as outlined by Company policy, to include maintaining desired par levels and recording of damaged and biohazard linen.
• Regulate the amount of chemicals, tools and supplies used by minimizing the waste of product while evaluating and recommending cost effective methods to reduce expenses.
• Maintain quality by implementing innovative strategies resulting in the highest level of cleanliness resort wide.
• Work within Resorts World Las Vegas and OSHA guidelines to prevent hazard, injury, and an unsafe work environment.
• Proficient knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, linen par levels, public health standards and the ability to use a variety of utility equipment.
• Inspect the consistency of all rooms in assigned areas ensuring all items are in the appropriate places and standards are met.
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
