Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:
• Interact with high-profile Casino and VIP guests and execute the highest level of guest service standards which are consistent with Resorts World Las Vegas standards and brand attributes.

Summary Statement

The Housekeeping Tower Manager oversees the daily operations of a Housekeeping Department. The Tower Manager is responsible for managing the delivery and measurement of Resorts World Las Vegas standards for quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction while also managing the day-to-day operational functions. This position manages many priorities and demands while solving problems, supporting Team Members, as well as performing the duties of a Floor Manager and Housekeeper when required.

Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:
• Ownership of the daily activities for the areas of responsibility to include appropriate cleaning of all room types, corridors, storage areas, ice machine, lockers, hallways, stairwells, and trash rooms to ensure the highest degree of guest and team member satisfaction.
• Handle and support all hourly and salaried Team Members on matters related to discipline, grievances and any concerns that may arise.
• Inform salaried Team Members on the latest procedures and policies within the company and department to ensure Resorts World Las Vegas standards are met.
• Monitor salaried Team Members performance, progress, and work areas.
• Conduct regular training and coaching while providing performance appraisals and counseling/corrective action as needed.

• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventories in a timely manner, as outlined by Company policy, to include maintaining desired par levels and recording of damaged and biohazard linen.
• Regulate the amount of chemicals, tools and supplies used by minimizing the waste of product while evaluating and recommending cost effective methods to reduce expenses.
• Maintain quality by implementing innovative strategies resulting in the highest level of cleanliness resort wide.
• Work within Resorts World Las Vegas and OSHA guidelines to prevent hazard, injury, and an unsafe work environment.
• Proficient knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, linen par levels, public health standards and the ability to use a variety of utility equipment.

Summary Statement:

Primary Job Duties– Includes, but is not limited to:
• Support the Sales team with all daily tasks to assist with the departmental goals and objectives.
• Maintain and manage sales system database.
• Generate and amend sales contracts, addendums, and other sales documents.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for management team, including but not limited to, organization of scheduling appointments, shipping marketing materials, and completing expense and post trip reports.
• Coordinate and effectively communicate pertinent Group & Event information and/or materials to appropriate departments in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain positive professional relationship with internal management and team members, as well as external partners and guests.
• Assist Sales team with coordinating and arranging customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and clients on behalf of the Sales organization.
• Effectively address stressful situation with poise, discretion, and kindness.
• Provide Sales team with clerical and administrative support include emailing, answering phones, and performing all other general office duties.
• Assist with all client reservations, gifts, certificate creation and redemption, amenity requests, and travel collateral.
• Process requests as needed by Manager or Director.
• Obtain and maintain position-specfic licensing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:
• Proficient in Microsoft Application (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Delphi and Opera
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills presenting information clearly.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Preferred:
• At least one year of experience in 5-star/luxury, hotel sales or hotel operations.
• Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Minimum Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma
• At least two years of previous experience in Hotel Sales in a similar or related field.

Summary Statement:
