The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for building a world class marketing team at Vendr.This person will be charged with shaping and advancing the company’s message and brand across all omni-channels utilizing market analysis, trends and customer insights. Qualifications
• At least 10 years of experience in Product Design
• At least 4 years product led growth experience in a fast-paced start-up
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS start-up (Series A or Series B) is required

Exceptional visual design and UX skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing metric success in product led growth. Deep familiarity with onboarding best practices, activation tactics, lifecycle nurturing, rapid experimentation, and growth loops is a must.
• Startup experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful product designs in an extremely fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Experience collaborating tightly with marketing on holistic user journeys

• Product design: Create elegant, intuitive experiences that align with best practices, deliver unexpected delight, and ultimately lead to measurable customer impact.

As a member of the Vendr’s customer success organization, the Customer Success Manager is responsible for engagement value delivered to Vendr’s customers. A successful candidate will orchestrate the customer journey through proactive engagement strategies, guide Vendr’s clients to their desired outcomes, and drive value. You will:

Strengthen the client’s relationship health post-sale by deeply embedding in the accounts to drive high engagement. Serve as a client advocate, driving strong renewal rates.
• Understand the client’s business initiatives and map to Vendr’s portfolio of products and services.
• Create, execute, and deliver a strong client engagement strategy, informed by the client executive’s overall account strategy. • Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and systems, sometimes globally, and working within tight project and client timelines with resource constraints.
• Experience in building successful senior-level business relationships and facilitating conversations at all levels, including the C-suite.
