Balance out cash drawer, process advance deposits when making reservations, and collect money and post transactions from other departments. Daily post office and banking runs.
• Perform any other inventory management changes as directed by the supervisor or manager.
• Prepare check-in packets for the upcoming week, order office supplies as needed.
• Enter maintenance and service requests in SPI promptly. Block RCI points for unpaid accounts. Manage RCI banking, membership changes, and cancellations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls promptly and provide callers with resort information and accommodations
• Gather detailed caller information and create leads for follow-up as part of outbound calling program
• Meet goals set for outbound call production
• Convert telephone inquiries into reservations, maintaining acceptable performance statistics
• Book reservations accurately and efficiently utilizing telephone, internet, group booking fax, room lists and the other forms of reporting

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls promptly and provide callers with resort information and accommodations
• Gather detailed caller information and create leads for follow-up as part of outbound calling program
• Meet goals set for outbound call production
• Convert telephone inquiries into reservations, maintaining acceptable performance statistics
• Book reservations accurately and efficiently utilizing telephone, internet, group booking fax, room lists and the other forms of reporting
• Have detailed knowledge of our amenities, including all rates and packages for current and future season, available discounts, special package offerings
• Familiarize the Manager on Duty and/or the appropriate Salesperson of any arriving VIPs
• Attend all department meetings including required safety meetings when requested
• Assist with entering of individual and group reservations in the system, specifying billing instruction and securing all payments as outlined in the group contract
• Load group rooming lists, assigning rooms, specifying billing instructions and securing final payments in full prior to group arrival
• Process advance deposits through credit card or other acceptable payments
• Work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills
• Up-sell unit reservations and have excellent knowledge of all the recreational activities Evermore offers
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Manager
Education, Skills, and Experience:
• Good computer skills in PMS, email, web browsing and scheduling software
• Good typing skills (45 wpm or better)
• Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with clients, members, guests, and co-workers
• Ability to speak or read in Portuguese or Spanish is highly desirable
• Answer calls in a warm and professional tone utilizing the provided scripting as a guide
• Able to handle guest requests in a detailed manner
• Adhere to property and company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a wide range of people
• Outstanding organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, an ever-changing environment and prioritize job duties
