The Team Suite Concierge Team is responsible for supporting and operating Amazon Team Suites, a set of unique collaboration spaces located throughout Amazon’s Puget Sound campus. Under the direction of the Program... Manager, Special Projects, the Team Suite Concierge’s The Northwest Center @ Amazon team operates in a fast-paced and demanding corporate environment where we provide professional 5-star customer service across several program divisions. The Team Suite Concierge Team is responsible for supporting and operating Amazon Team Suites, a set of unique collaboration spaces located throughout Amazon’s Puget Sound campus.

Under the direction of the Program... Manager, Special Projects, the Team Suite Concierge’s responsibility is to deliver 5-star customer service to Amazon teams who are utilizing the Team Suite spaces. This includes assisting customers with booking the space, greeting customers upon entry, familiarizing customers with each space’s features and amenities, and supporting all operational needs. Team Suite concierges are also responsible for gathering and recording detailed data to deliver insights for client stakeholders.


Schedule: Monday - Friday between 7:30AM - 6:00PM EST. Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
Hourly Range: $26.93 per hour | Full Range: $26.93 - $32.05 per hour

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Customer Service
• Greet and welcome all visitors in a friendly, warm, professional and courteous manner. Provide a 5-star first impression for every visitor.
• Educate guests about Team Suite amenities and features.
• Assist guests with booking, rescheduling, and schedule conflicts as needed.
• Roam throughout Team Suite spaces to offer customer support and troubleshooting and/or escalations.
• Be ready to share nearby places to eat and other landmarks to visit within the area.
• Arrive in the designated attire and ensure a professional appearance.
• Immediately report any suspicious persons, calls and packages to security and NWC leadership.

Suite Organization
• Prepare and set up resources including printed materials, supplies, and swag.
• Setup working areas or conference rooms prior to each use and continuously throughout the day.
• Review space booking calendar and block times for resetting and refreshing spaces as needed.
• Provide light AV/IT support and escalate AV/IT issues as needed to reach resolution.
• Partner with onsite support such as Catering and reception to resolve ad hoc needs.
• Monitor storage areas to ensure they are clean and accessible.
• Conduct AM and PM audits and maintain incident/issues logs as needed.

Suite Operations
• Maintain smooth operations through flexible and creative implementation of program changes and updates.
• Attend and actively participate in all scheduled meetings and training sessions to maintain current information on general policies and program updates.
• Assist with special events and projects, as requested.
• Maintain time tracking and application issues logs.
• Assist in maintenance of program dashboard.
• Assist with data analysis and provide insights to project team as needed.

Education
• High school diploma or GED required
• BS/BA degree in hospitality, international reactions, marketing, or equivalent related experience preferred

Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume customer-facing role
• Minimum 1 year of experience communicating and collaborating with clients and employees on projects and deliverables
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required

Demonstrable Skills
• Customer service skills with executives.
• Self-starter with impeccable attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Highly effective in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

• Ability to be on-site at the Team Suite in Arlington, VA on a consistent basis.
• Must have flexible schedule: 8-hour shifts varying from 7:00am-6:00pm (M-F).

Working Conditions & Physical Demands​
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions year-around on your feet for 2-4 hours at a time and up to 8 hours for the day.
• Must be able to potentially lift or carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Requires roving the park, so the ability to walk consistently within a 1.5 radius is required.
• Must wear uniform, responsible for neat and clean appearance of uniform.
• Ability to work independently and out of line of sight from other team members for all or part of shift.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain company owned equipment which can include items such as a radio and cellphone.
• Ability to work on a tablet/computer.
• Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language.
• Ability to see both distance and details at close range, within a few feet of the observer (with or without corrective lenses).
• Ability to identify and understand the speech of another person (with or without a personal auditory hearing device).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
