• Lead training sessions for new and existing partners on use of Partner Extranet. Monthly or as required.
• Schedule and coordinate partner meetings and all team partner presentations.
• Create and distribute monthly New Partner Reports to Visit Seattle Team
• Manage deliverables associated with Visit Seattle’s strategic partnerships:
• Oversees editing process of all partner listings for Visit Seattle Publications in collaboration with Partner Services Coordinator and Marketing department.
• Provide logistical support for annual Visit Seattle events.
• Provide customized partnership reports, as required.
