We are seeking a personable and dedicated Front Desk Manager who is a creative problem-solver, detail-oriented, extremely reliable, an outstanding with communicator, and team player.
In this role, you will support the Founder & CEO’s vision for the company by embracing the company culture and coordinating all the behind-the-scenes details of our company, and working closely with General Manager.

In This Role You Will
• Work with General Manager to ensure the internal operations are prepared and completed from scheduling to event planning. This includes attending weekly (online) team meetings and mentoring sessions.
• Delight our clients and exceed their expectations with above-and-beyond service and communication.
• Support fellow team members with a proactive and can-do attitude.
• Managing more than one email inbox and responding in a timely manner that delights and creates a positive impression of our company.
• Provide guidance and support to faculty members with scheduling and enrollment.
• Managing all payment processing and memberships inquiries for our students enrolled and students beginning their journey in music.
• Communicating with families and students to maintain their relationship with our company.
• Managing billing and payment processing and resolving issues efficiently.
• Concisely address student questions related to private lessons, classes, and overall company experience.
• Event planning and organizing for bi-annual recitals and summer
• Collaborate with General Manager to track and provide an accurate database for students and families.
• Enhance the enrollment experience for new students with your personable skills and professionalism and organization.
• Proactively maintaining relationships with students and families through engaging and bonding to retain for long-term retention.
• Maintain calendars up to date and accurate on a daily basis.
• Be the face and main contact person for our company and the go-to person for enrollment inquiries.

Our high expectations from students allows you to exercise your incredible skills and work with children not just for their weekly lessons, but also for our many local, national and international performances.
As one of the fastest growing music schools, we are able to guarantee teaching schedules up to 20 hours a week with a starting pay rate of $31 per hour. We have job opportunities for piano, violin, voice, drums, guitar, flute, cello, and early childhood music education.

• Monday - Friday 2:00 to 8:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
• Teaching experience with students of all ages and levels

• Expertise in any genre welcome to apply
• Team player and strong work ethic
Job Duties:
• Develop a custom, long-term music education plans for each student
• Interact with students and families
• Active and contributing member of Vivaldi Music Academy
