We are currently looking to hire two marketing interns for the upcoming Fall 2023 season to join our team from about late-August to mid-December 2023 including: (1) Community Engagement & Pr Intern and (1) Multimedia Marketing Intern. The application deadline is Friday, June 23.

• You’ll have the opportunity to help drive marketing for The Vogue as the premier live music venue in the Midwest and our derivative brands, such as Rock the Ruins at Holliday Park.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & PR INTERN DUTIES
• Research beneficial organizations, events, influencers, and other engagement opportunities in the community to make the case for strategic partnerships for The Vogue and Rock the Ruins
• Assist with email marketing and strategic communications
• Perform various copywriting duties (email, website, social, press releases, print, etc.)
• Post and manage event listings on relevant local community boards and event pages
• Assist with media relations projects, including researching and maintaining press contacts
• Attend community & networking events on an as-needed basis on behalf of The Vogue (including working a booth, handing out flyers, etc.)
• Work with manager to gather and analyze key performance indicators such as ticket sales, advertising data, email metrics, and more
• Attend various meetings as available, including social media content brainstorms, company leadership meetings, and manager 1-on-1s
• Attend 1-2 concerts per month and capture photo/video while in attendance for use on the venue’s IG Stories, Reels & TikTok
• Learn and assist with certain aspects of the show marketing process

MULTIMEDIA MARKETING INTERN DUTIES
• Design graphics for in-house events and special campaigns using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva

• Edit and post show recap photos and videos to website and social channels
• Assist with assembling print graphics to be distributed around the community by Vogue brand ambassadors
• Build and manage multimedia asset libraries, including historic Vogue archives and modern venue photos and videos
• Engage with audience on social media with guidance from manager
• Research and propose social media trends
• Work with manager to gather and analyze key performance indicators such as ticket sales, advertising data, email metrics, and more
• Attend various meetings as available, including social media content brainstorms, company leadership meetings, and manager 1-on-1s

COMPENSATION, HOURS & STAFFING
