Here’s Where You Come In
We are currently seeking aVice President of Operations to lead and mentor our growing Personal Insurance team.You’ll have management and profit & loss accountabilities along with providing expert guidance to supervisors and team leaders in achieving their strategic objectives, key business plan priorities and ensuring the teams and carrier service centers provide consistently high quality and timely service to clients. Developing and ensuring effective execution of strategies that align with the goals of the company along with maintaining strong relationships with the Sales team is a primary accountability.
