The Wave Planner will assist in prioritizing workflow throughout the distribution center to meet business needs...
The Wave Planner will also aid in wave planning, coordinating orders with customer service, operations, and transportation, tracking the progress of waves, releasing work to the floor, and maintaining and open line of communication with the operations management team as well as assist in making and clearly communicating key business decisions. Works mostly in office setting. Must closely monitor, through the warehouse management system, wave status to prevent bottlenecks. This role will be to work closely with Operations Managers and site Director.
Available Schedule:
• 3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday from 8:00pm until 4:30am
Base Rate: $21.00 / hour
• Earn $0.25 wage increase following the completion of 90 days, 6 months, 12 months and 18 months of service, totaling up to $1.00/hr on top of the base rate.
Shift Differential:
• 3rd shift - $1.25 / hour

• Prioritize daily schedules and create reports as needed to monitor, track and measure performance at all levels.
• Work closely with inventory teams to ensure inventory integrity when replacement product is needed to fill orders.
• Translates projected order forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into outbound production plan with a time-phased output driven by customer required date.
• Provide basic information for CS to meet customer requirements.
• Measure and monitor capacity to process outbound delivery order and notify operations managements of any gaps.
• Resolve rejected orders created through the waving process in a timely manner to ensure orders do not age as a result of the rejection.
• Perform other job-related duties assigned.
• Assist outbound associates in resolving issues with orders by answering questions, investigating problems and coordinating with other functional groups as needed.
• Lead production meetings with leadership team to review KPIs of the distribution center. Identify production misses and work with area leaders to develop solution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Operate and maintain foam fluxer, using hydrometer to ensure specific gravity and resin ratio.
· Add/fill bar solder, flux and alcohol to machine as required.
· Clean and adjust the flux density controller (FDC) and fluxer.
· Monitor boards for soldering defects.
· Check components for proper seating and soldering quality.
· Dross the solder pot to remove impurities and performs required maintenance on a daily basis.
· Drain the flux and clean the machine on a weekly basis.
· Maintain inventory of chemical and solder usage.
· Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
· Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
