The Relationship Banker II role will provide services for Banking Center customers and assist the team in achievement of sales, service, and operation goals, based on Webster’s Strategic Guidelines. The role will process all customer related financial transactions in accordance with the rules, regulations, and guidelines of the Bank. Additionally, this role uses excellent communication and active listening skills to learn about the customer’s financial needs, establish trust, optimize sales opportunities, generate leads, and provide quality customer service as well as develop and maintain a strong partnership with various business segments through collaboration and communication. Ability to supervise and coach fellow relationship Bankers

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responds to customers' needs in an accurate and timely fashion, capitalizing on resources and tools available
• Evaluates needs of clients and offers appropriate financial products and services, through needs-based conversations, to build and deepen relationships.
• Perform routine teller transactions like deposits, withdrawals, check cash, loan payments and other transactions as needed.
• Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other bank initiatives to execute Banking Center’s growth and profitability objectives.
• Expected to achieve/ exceed both individual and team goals in sales, service and operations
• Maintains compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as bank policies and procedures. Meet/exceed branch audits and operations evaluation requirements
• Assist with supervision of banking center colleagues offering coaching support to fellow bankers. Act as a role model and help onboard new bankers.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-4 years customer sales/service experience with 1-2 years supervisory preferred. Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating.
• Working knowledge of all products and services
• Keeps current with all systems used for branch transaction processing.
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to support teamwork, creating a positive working environment.
• Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule. May be required to work Saturdays, Sundays and extended hours. Travel may be required to alternate Banking Centers.

The estimated salary range for this position is $21.50 to $26.00 USD an hour. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.

This senior-level leader ensures that technology risks are actively and appropriately managed. This Managing Director of IT Risk Management performs risk assurance functions as part of the Technology first line of defense, enabling the identification of emerging risks in IT processes, the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls and oversight in the form of frameworks, policies, standards, procedures, and tools to support IT risk management practices.

This leader plays an integral role in the design, implementation, and execution of the IT risk management frameworks, manages and/or supports compliance with IT policies and standards, risk reporting, and supports and/or provides effective challenge for 1st line risk and control activities (including RCSA, ERA, regulatory assessment programs, etc.).

As a key leader on the Technology team, the successful candidate will lead or perform the following responsibilities:
• Identify material technology risks and control objectives.
• Provide effective review and challenge and/or design, implementation, and execution of the Information Technology Risk management frameworks and relevant controls.
• In partnership with enterprise risk, legal, and compliance, monitor for new legal requirements and communicate across Webster Technology as required.
• Liaison between second line and third line. Support or review requirements for internal audits, external audits, and regulatory exams.
• Coach, review and challenge process control designs, self-assessments (RCSA), and performance control testing. Provide guidance to and coordination with all constituencies. Identify enterprise trends, synergies, and opportunities for change.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of integrated risk reporting processes to enable firm-wide aggregation of material risks, issues, KRIs and other data as may be required.
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in technical and strategic IT Risk and Compliance.
• Strong risk management skills in field such as Enterprise or Operational Risk, Internal Audit, or Information Security Risk Management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or directly related/ field required; advanced degree preferred.
• CRISC and CISA certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with technology, and an aptitude for learning emerging technologies and how regulatory requirements may evolve.
• Ability to evaluate and assess a wide variety of risk activities, processes, and controls (framework certification, regulatory maturity models such as the FFIEC CAT, etc.) Experience testing controls in an assurance capacity.
• Strong financial management and vendor management acumen.
• Able to build successful relationships with all levels of staff and management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate and communicate up/down and across the organization with internal/external partners. Able to prepare for and present to Executive and Board-level audiences as well as draft clear, concise, and precise policies, standards.
• Track record of implementing effective programs and processes.

The estimated salary range for this position is $195,000.00 to $220,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.

The Treasury Management Service Specialist is responsible for all ongoing activities once a TM business relationship has been established.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage internal requests and customer requests via the Cash Management e-mail Grp box and 1 888# Support customer base through maintaining a thorough knowledge of all TM products/services to ensure that all customer needs are identified and met on a proactive basis.
• Provide refresher telephone training and ongoing technical support for any TM products sold to customers.
• Prepare documentation as a result of a customer's request for additions/revisions to any TM service or product.
• Assist with the resolution of all workflow, payments, transactions, or other operational questions/issues posed by customers; document significant customer service issues and notify management.
• Enter service cases into Salesforce adhering to case quality standards Work towards case volume and case efficiency goals on a quarterly basis.
• All other duties, as requested.

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED required.
• College Degree or equivalent work experience expected.
• 2-4 years of experience in an office environment and/or working with customers.
