The Relationship Banker II role will provide services for Banking Center customers and assist the team in achievement of sales, service, and operation goals, based on Webster’s Strategic Guidelines. The role will process all customer related financial transactions in accordance with the rules, regulations, and guidelines of the Bank. Additionally, this role uses excellent communication and active listening skills to learn about the customer’s financial needs, establish trust, optimize sales opportunities, generate leads, and provide quality customer service as well as develop and maintain a strong partnership with various business segments through collaboration and communication. RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Working knowledge of all products and services
• Keeps current with all systems used for branch transaction processing.
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to support teamwork, creating a positive working environment.

This senior-level leader ensures that technology risks are actively and appropriately managed. This Managing Director of IT Risk Management performs risk assurance functions as part of the Technology first line of defense, enabling the identification of emerging risks in IT processes, the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls and oversight in the form of frameworks, policies, standards, procedures, and tools to support IT risk management practices.
This leader plays an integral role in the design, implementation, and execution of the IT risk management frameworks, manages and/or supports compliance with IT policies and standards, risk reporting, and supports and/or provides effective challenge for 1st line risk and control activities (including RCSA, ERA, regulatory assessment programs, etc.).
As a key leader on the Technology team, the successful candidate will lead or perform the following responsibilities:
• Identify material technology risks and control objectives.
• Provide effective review and challenge and/or design, implementation, and execution of the Information Technology Risk management frameworks and relevant controls.
• In partnership with enterprise risk, legal, and compliance, monitor for new legal requirements and communicate across Webster Technology as required.

The Managing Director, Treasury Accounting is responsible for managing systems, accounting, servicing, resources and operations related to Treasury products including derivatives, investments, and debt issuances. The position is responsible for managing the accounting close process, daily operations and accounting requirements related to preparation of SEC and regulatory filings of Treasury products. The Managing Director Treasury Accounting is involved with design and implementation of Treasury strategies and management of data and automation related to Treasury systems. The MD supports related business lines and works directly with support partners such as SOX, Audit (internal and external), and other critical review functions. Collaborate with colleagues across the company, Commercial, Compliance and Credit, as well as external vendors to provide support, solutions, and continuous process improvement. The Managing Director Treasury Accounting will manage a team responsible for a fast-paced environment that includes operations, accounting and reporting related to the Bank’s Derivatives, Securities, Long-Term Debt, Funding, FX, and short-term customer investments.
Derivative responsibilities include:
• Servicing of a $23 billion notional value portfolio of 2,000+ derivative positions with of, including dealer and customer payments, notices, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Client onboarding and regulatory reporting for trades
• Trade validation and documentation review including revenue reporting.
• Daily collateral management for dealer variation margin and settlement including CCP settlements.
• Manage the daily trade process to include the proper documentation to be SOX compliant.
• Manage controls around fair value of derivatives including CVA estimates.
• Manage accounting entries, hedge accounting requirements and quarterly SEC/Regulatory reporting. Manage reconcilement daily cash and monthly sub-ledger to Oracle.
• Management reporting for counter party risk and trade activity.

• Servicing of a $15 billion portfolio of 2,000+ securities positions including P&I collection, trade settlement, trade validation and ongoing asset maintenance such as ratings, rates, and factors.
• Management reporting and analysis related to balance sheet and income impact of securities portfolio. Partner with front office Treasury team to perform controls around fair value analysis and CECL estimates.
• Manage vendor relationship for Investment system of record including being subject matter system expert and owning overall internal vendor relationship for both contract and Third-Party Risk assessments and SOC1 reviews.
• Manage relationships with custody vendors including BNYM, FRB-NY and various other pledge facilities. Be a subject matter expert in custody systems as well as pledge requirements.
• Manage the high-volume of daily collateral movements required to maintain adequate liquidity profile. Maintain proper location details for custody reconcilement and payment locations related to collateral movement.
• Manage the daily process to be SOX compliant with the goal of zero deficiencies.

• Support a front office Treasury team of traders and ALM, Capital managers and be involved in weekly meeting and actively partner with business line on strategic initiatives.
Long-term debt, Funding, FX and customer short-term investments:
• Onboarding and servicing of counterparty funding instruments such as long-term debt, FHLB advances, fed funds purchased, brokered CD, wholesale repo and customer short-term repo investments.

• Communicates website digital marketing plans consistently and appropriately to various levels of the organization. Influences others to be engaged in planning and supporting digital marketing programs.
• Identify, deploy, and manage relevant Marketing Technology
• serve as a subject matter expert around digital operations for email, landing pages, marketing automation.
• Work cross functionally to journey map key client/colleague interaction points and liaise with project team leads to ensure customer-centricity in website projects.
• Advocate for changes in other departments’ ways of working and cross functionally collaborate with teams to implement a change, if required for the improvement of overall website and digital operations.
Compliance & Regulatory Review Process & Documentation
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining all website content documentation and for providing reports and samples for all internal and external audits, legal and compliance reviews.
Requirements
• Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.
• For this position you will need at least 8+ years of digital marketing experience, Website, email marketing, marketing automation and social media experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong communication, project management and problem-solving skills, ability to drive change.
• Strong business partnership skills: ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder mix and work/liaise with multiple cross-functional teams/vendors.
• Prepared for a fast-paced environment and comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work well with cross-channel teams and influence decision-making across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent oral, written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, and bottom-line orientation.
• Strong digital marketing skills with strong website experience.
• Experience working with variety of CMS’s (including Drupal, WordPress).
• Good technical background in website work and ability to pick up new skills/technologies quickly.
• Experience working with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms and dashboards.
The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000USD to $150,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.

The Commercial Loan Administration Manager is responsible for managing Commercial Loan Admin (CLA) teams which support commercial lending pre-closing, regulatory, and closing activities on originations and higher-level servicing requests for Large Commercial Lines of Business. The role reports into Webster’s Commercial Middle Office Leadership under the Commercial Bank’s Chief Administrative Officer. The Manager will lead, supervise, and direct CLA Team Leaders and CLAs in their day-to-day operation to ensure large commercial transactions are complete, accurate, and in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the Commercial Loan Administration function, supporting C&I, CRE, Sponsor & Specialty, and other LOBs in close partnership with Operations Booking & Servicing Departments
• Leverage technical skills to advise others, manage escalations, and make decisions on complex loan transactions and accounting/finance/credit related concepts
• Lead development of policies and procedures for Loan Administration team, partnering with LOB, Compliance, Operations etc. to establish cohesive procedures in accordance with the Commercial Bank’s bank-wide processes and policies
• Accountable for establishing the Middle Office business, team, and individual goals
• Use existing and/or create pipeline and portfolio reports to manage workflow, establish quality control tests on booked loans, and monitor Commercial Loan Admin servicing activities
• Manage hiring and training of Team Leads and CLAs and work with LOB to align skillsets to portfolio needs
• Responsible for standard employee management activities such as performance reviews and staffing & planning forecasts
