A relationship manager role within the team responsible for head office relationships for an existing portfolio of strategic global banks, non-bank financial institutions and financial sponsors. In addition, there is a focus on new-to–bank customers that align with the Bank’s nexus requirements.
This position operates closely with the local FI analysts and alongside the regional head of FI, Public Sector & Health based in London, UK.
What are my key areas of focus?
• Develop deep relationships with existing and new customers
• Identify and manage a large range of business development opportunities using all of Westpac’s relationship management tools and ensure that customer account plan preparation and initiatives are coordinated on a global basis

What will I need?
You will have proven skills and experience in managing a core portfolio of US/Canadian banks and top tier financial sponsor customers (including subscription financing requirements) with a diverse range of needs. You will be known for your strong communication, networking and relationship development skills, and will be able to establish relationships at a senior level of organisations. You will have an in-depth knowledge of wholesale banking products and be able to identify and market suitable applications for these products.
