The Sr Recruiter / Skilled Trades Recruiter will support hourly recruiting for high volume and skilled trade roles across our business including but not limited to: Consumer Packaging, Container Packaging and Mill Operations. You will work directly with hiring managers, applicants, & human resources. The Sr Recruiter / Skilled Trades Recruiter will achieve recruiting objectives by sourcing and evaluating passive and active job seekers; managing the interview, debrief, & offer process.
