What You’ll Do

This job is big on collaboration. You’ll partner up with talent acquisition and HR teams as well as business leaders to help us attract and retain talent. You will:
• Develop end-to-end recruitment marketing strategies across earned, owned and paid channels to inspire top talent to choose Cox.

Minimum:

Qualifications
• Experience: 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in financial technology or financial services.
• Analytical Leadership: Hands-on strategic and analytical leader with a proven track record of working in a high-growth technology company. Exceptional ROI-tracking skills are a must.
• B2B SaaS Expertise: Knowledge of the B2B SaaS customer buyer journey and the ability to demonstrate how marketing influences different stages in the sales and renewal cycle.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical product information across various formats and channels.
• Content Creation: Strong content creation skills with a portfolio of work to demonstrate your expertise.
• Management Skills: Excellent people and management skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
• Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using various collaboration, content, and user testing tools, including Slack, Jira, Seismic, and Salesforce.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed, technology-focused organization, managing multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.

- Collaborates closely with Agency leaders and key agents to understand their digital and insight needs, and identifies ways to provision digital and data capabilities that will enhance their value delivery

- Assesses the organization’s current insight generation capabilities and develops a roadmap to improve the quality and accessibility of operational and competitive insights

- Establishes data-driven decision-making frameworks to enhance experience and unit cost value

- Monitors implementation activities against targets and collaborates with Portfolio Management to conduct ongoing alignment for value delivery

- Makes recommendations for new growth and efficiency opportunities and partners to help scale growth of the business
