More about the position: 

What you'll do all day: 
• Create: Craft written communications including media materials, compelling social content, memos, and risk assessments
• Research: Examine brands, industry trends, and various issues using various resources
• Analyze: Answer questions, provide insights, and propose recommendations using quantitative and qualitative data
• Engage: Share big ideas in brainstorms and with teams
• Plan: Assist in event coordination and logistics
• Hustle: Pitch stories to media, develop media lists, track placements, etc.
• Monitor: Track brands and issues in traditional and social media and analyze conversations; draft reports summarizing conversation to inform client strategies

What we're looking for in a candidate: 
• Thought: Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; growth mindset 
• Communication: Speak, write, and edit succinctly
• Digital: Have an understanding of all the old-school and latest social media platforms, what brands are doing on them, and what they should do next
• Management: Meet deadlines, put out fires, and multi-task. Work fast and work well
• Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering clear and precise work are critical
• Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with platforms like Factiva, Cision, Muckrack, Meltwater, Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Quid, and/or LexisNexis are a plus.
• Dynamic: You must be able to work in a fast-paced agency environment and juggle multiple time-sensitive tasks
• Spark: Understand what sets you apart and what motivates you

Requirements:

NYC Salary range: $15.00

What you bring:
• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.

Job Description

This role will provide support to Tax Learning and Development (Tax L&D). They will support the delivery of our national and virtual training programs, including setup and maintenance of large data lists in MS SharePoint, reporting/crosschecking data in MS Excel, management and tracking of program materials (both printed and electronic), assistance with training registration, program logistics and close-out procedures. In addition, this role will assist with other administrative duties and special projects as determined by the TBS team needs.
• This role will be requiring candidate to work in the Montvale, NJ office every Tuesday and possibly additional days in the future. Currently remote M, W, Th, F, although subject to change.

This position may serve as virtual support to the training team onsite at our conference center, requiring working hours to be flexible on occasion (not every week). For example, worker may be asked to work three, 10-hour days and two, five-hour days for a 40-hour work week. There may be instances of working more than 40 hours in one week, but we will avoid this as much as possible.
