• Liaison with authors on all details of the book publication process

About the Role:
As the Editor, you will be joining a leading global trade book publishing team and will have the opportunity to manage one of our largest and most valuable programs related to business, success and self-improvement topics. As the Editor, you will be responsible for the acquisition of 20 books per year and will manage an overall list to ensure profitability.
This person will be expected to provide leadership within the team and to manage successful relationships with authors and other contacts, both internally and externally.

About the Role:
Seeking a Digital Learning Specialist (DLS) to join our sales organization. In this role you will plan with our technology and product teams on key initiatives, collaborate with our DLE, CSM, and RM teams to craft and leverage selling strategies to drive innovation and success across the teams. You will find and qualify top targets and opportunities to drive technology sales with Alta within specialization areas. The successful DLS works on closing the highest growth opportunities (takeaways and select rollovers) within specialization areas, conducting strong digital sales presentations on Alta to prospective customers and committees while analyzing regional and territory data to better position solutions and digital upside.
The DLS has the ability to form solid partnerships at 2 and 4 year institutions to ensure the execution of profitable, recurring, long-term business relationships and developing and implementing short-term and long-term business plans.
