Job Description

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will own a book of business of Wix enterprise accounts, be a trusted partner and consultant, and provide guidance on launching and optimizing their Wix deployment following web development best practices.
• Partner with Product teams to create tailored customer onboarding workshops and trainings based on predetermined business requirements
• Respond to customer inquiries about product questions and provide solutions to complex use cases and workflows
• Conduct customer business reviews to assess progress against desired business outcomes, determine opportunities for deeper feature engagement and measure and communicate the impact of Wix on the customer’s business
• Foster customer health through periodic website reviews that facilitate new feature adoption and drive continuous business value throughout the customer’s lifecycle
• Identify growth opportunities and facilitate the renewal process with enterprise customers
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify customer references and case studies
• Act as the voice of the customer with the Wix product team, helping shape the evolution of the product

Qualifications
• A dynamic self-starter with 5+ years experience in customer success management within a SaaS company
• 3+ years experience working with enterprise customers and having conversations about growth, upselling & renewals
• Experience presenting complex ideas in an accessible and engaging way to executive-level customers
• Great organizational, project and time management skills
• Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese- an advantage

Job Description

The Senior Business Development Representative will be the first BDR on our Enterprise team, so you’ll be crucial to developing a framework for building relationships and building our team around your knowledge and expertise. You will also:
• Focus on creating partnerships for Wix Enterprise with top agencies and integrators to help reach more potential enterprise customers
• Manage inbound and outbound lead flows for the Wix Enterprise partner program, conducting high-level discovery conversations, identifying potential partnerships to best serve our enterprise customers

Job Description

As a People Operation Manager, you will plan and support the smooth execution of our goals while enhancing collaboration within our global team. You will be the focal point for making projects happen in a heavy matrix environment as the team collaborates closely with various regions and a variety of functions such as HR Business Partners, Legal, People Analytics, HR Tech, etc. On your day- to - day you will:
• Implement people programs and/or products to improve the way we do things at a fast-growing tech company
• Identify gaps in our daily routines and build better processes to improve internal practices and employee experience
• Act as a focal point and manage complex and multi-stakeholders operational projects across the U.S organization and be a part of global projects
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, Payroll, HR Tech, etc with the ability to influence and drive our strategy
• Own the delivery and effectiveness of several core HR processes and responsibilities across employee life cycle activities
• Collect and analyze the information as well as develop data-driven solutions focused on improving operational efficiencies
• Support in creating standardized metrics and evaluation processes across HR programs to ensure data-driven approach

Qualifications
• An HR professional with 5+ years of experience in planning, developing, and implementing HR functions in a fast-paced, heavily matrix, and multicultural environment.
• You understand the multiple facets of HR and have been exposed to a variety of HR functions.
• You are comfortable with participating in strategic and long-term planning but also in executing routine processes.
• Your problem-solving and organizational skills allow you to set the pace and efficiently implement and improve processes.
• You know how to get things done while maintaining a great team spirit. You’re an organized and methodical collaborator by nature, highly analytical, able to influence and align multiple stakeholders, and have excellent communication skills.
• You embrace changes, know how to navigate through uncertainty, and are able to come up with creative solutions that drive our strategy.

Approximate base compensation $90,000-$120,000. In addition to base pay, you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
