• Follows Company established Sanitation/Quality Assurance/HACCP and GMP procedures to assure product quality.
• Complies with company and OSHA safety policies.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area and machinery and performs specified cleaning at end of product run and at end of shift also oversees the production workers end of shift sanitation duties.
• Offers suggestions to management on improving efficiency, safety, and working conditions.
• Performs and records hourly metal detector checks, package verification checks and weight checks as assigned.
• Ensures lot traceability and assists in inventory control as requested.
• Will maintain flexibility to perform any other duties asked of them, (Example) Production worker in various rolls.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
• Fundamental knowledge to read work related material and to follow directions.
• Working knowledge of assigned areas as would be acquired through 1 year of applicable experience to learn the basics, and up to 4 years to become technically proficient.
• Basic criteria for placement in this position includes, through previous job performance, demonstrated understanding of: Mechanical components and/or electronic controls of the equipment; and, Chocolate composition and function and/or troubleshooting.
• Scope of job duties require positive/effective verbal and written communication when interacting with co-workers, Supervisor and/or Lead Person
• Mental ability to perform as a team member and through positive words and actions supports co-workers, company policy, and production standards.
• Standing 8 to 12 hours per day.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
As a Hospitality/Front of House Manager in Training (MIT), you will gain preparation for a potential future role within our hospitality team leadership. Job Summary:

The position also requires the employee to provide guests with accurate information regarding the restaurant and its operations. The essential hospitality standards must be used at all times: enthusiastically recognize guest per the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group standards, eye contact, smile, speak first, engage in polite conversation, and use the guest's last name.

Essential Job Functions:
• Welcome guests by greeting them per the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group standards and respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Escort and seat guests to their table or reserved table
• Promote and maintain the highest level of customer service to all guests while staying alert to their needs
• Handle and process telephone and in person reservations to document in Open Table system
• Maintain responsibility of cleanliness of hostess stations
• Maintain responsibility of cleanliness of all menus and drink menus
• Maintain knowledge of menu, including daily specials
• Maintain current information on all general activities of the restaurant

Required Experience:

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, twist at the neck and trunk, bend at the waist and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, reach overhead, above shoulders and horizontally. Employees will use hands to handle objects and tools, and operate service equipment. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40-pound objects. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employees may use vision to monitor food quality and quantity and may also order supplies, etc.

Work Conditions: May require evening and weekend hours. While performing the duties of this job, the employee generally works in an indoor front of restaurant and kitchen environment with exposure to heat from ovens, hot foods and steamers and cleaning chemicals, fumes, equipment, and metal objects. You will usually be based indoors, splitting your time between the front of the restaurant and the kitchen. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may be loud dependent on specific work site and/or equipment operation. The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Summary

The Server is responsible for taking food and beverage orders; entering orders quickly and in proper sequence; serving food and beverages for guests in their section as well as other sections; coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service and quality of the food; and providing the highest quality of service to the customer at all times; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager depending up local requirements.
Essential Functions
• Takes food and beverage orders, places orders, delivers orders, checks back after delivery of food to ensure guest satisfaction, observes guests to respond to any additional needs
• Maintains table appearance by pre-bussing, checks drink levels, removes clutter and provides adequate napkins, etc
• Presents check for payment and provides change as needed
• Follows HMSHost customer service, adult beverage and cash handling policies and procedures
• Keeps station clean, sets up and takes down station tables appropriately

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
• Requires at least 6 months of closely related serving experience, work experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
• Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
• Requires the ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
• Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
• Frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
