Job Description Summary

Responsible for providing support to the sales representatives with a variety of tasks such as account maintenance, invoicing, creating customer facing reports and customized training on CT’s website and SOP Hub. This position works with limited supervision where no instructions are given for routine work and general supervision is given for new lines of work or special assignments.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
+ Creates and maintains a wide variety of ongoing documentation and reports to enhance the customer experience and support potential sales opportunities and retention.
+ Maintains confidentiality of top-level confidential and proprietary information.
+ Establishes strong working relationships with team members, departments, and customers to understand needs, communicate mutual expectations, conveys confidence, monitors satisfaction, and stays informed about issues, resolutions, and progress.
+ Provides tools, resources, services, and analysis to enable team members to perform their jobs more effectively and focus on customers.
+ Documents processes with accurate, user-friendly content to support the needs of customers with customer-facing deliverables in a variety of formats and media.
+ Resource to the Senior Field Sales Executive and the customer in addressing and resolving billing issues, invoicing questions, XSOP invoicing, quarterly invoicing, review of annual customer representation invoicing for accuracy, prepare and send monthly invoicing statements
+ Supports and follows up on collections efforts
+ Research unapplied funds, submit CART requests and work closely with AP to apply or refund as necessary
+ Manage account maintenance including handling complex delivery instruction changes and viewing rights
+ Creating customer facing reports including, but not limited to SOP, utilization of CT services
+ Obtains customer CORE audits and reformats for customer on an annual basis
+ Obtains Company Book for Sales and Customer as needed
+ Supports customer delivery instruction maintenance
+ Completes customer training on customer tools (i.e. CTAdvantage, SOP Hub)
+ Uses CT systems, tools and resources (ARROW, JDE, Salesforce.com, Tableau, ctadvantage.com, SOP Hub, BL Hub) to input data, update information, generate reports and complete work.
Other Duties
Performs other duties as requested by Supervisor.
Job Qualifications
Education
Minimum: High school diploma OR, equivalent.
Preferred: Minimum 2-year post-secondary education such as an Associate degree in communications, or equivalent related work experience.
Experience

As a market leader in Clinical Decision Support, the CE portfolio is well known and respected across multiple market segments. In support of this market leading position, this role will define Value Insights across multiple buying segments—to tie the value and impact of our solutions more tightly to market trends and pain points of our buyers.
This role will guide the creation of content and messaging programs, and includes development and program execution through influencers, 3rd party organization, and relevant industry groups. This role will also work closely with the press and analyst relations lead to ensure consistency of market value message and impact. Reporting to the Global Audience Marketing Director, this senior leader will have a deep understanding of the CE strategy, portfolio solutions, audience messaging, with a focus on non-clinical buyers. This role will implement the Value Insights Program to increase brand impact and value perception of CE Solutions, supporting customer engagement and growth goals.
This role will manage a cohesive approach of executing this strategy through key channels and adopting best practices by establishing a methodology based on learning, data, and insights. Core to the program and strategy is capturing and conveying CE’s voice, and storytelling around key audience care-abouts, and leveraging the customer voice where relevant. In this capacity, this role will work closely with the customer experience and field sales teams.
This role will unify market value messaging programs into a global measurable framework for CE, including establishing a KPI’s, and a process of management and communication across teams in Provider, Commercial, and International segments. In this capacity, this role will work closely with executive leadership and GTM teams, including product, editorial, and engineering, and be instrumental in collaborating with the Wolters Kluwer Health communications team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a key Programs leader in CE marketing, this role will work closely with the content team, revenue marketing, digital experience, and partner with product marketing to ensure cohesion in market messaging. Duties and responsibilities include:
• Develop the CE global value insights program, and coordinate execution across CE and Health teams.
• Be deeply aware of and trained on CE’s buying journey and audience key messaging framework across segments, with focus on non-clinical buyers.
• Create, manage, and measure strategic content campaigns.
• Manage channel activation of value content programs.
• Utilize communication programs, partners, and customer stories to support CE’s value message and reputation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Required Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of broad marketing experience, with a history of addressing the needs of a large multi-product portfolio that serves the needs of multiple customer personas via content creation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare/healthcare IT preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, research orientation, and experience transforming a vision into an operational plan.
• Experience developing global campaigns and executing through a multi-regional model.
• Exposure to account-based marketing and digital marketing capabilities.
Preferred Experience, Knowledge and Abilities:
• Excellent communicator and writer with an easy ability to transform ideas and innovations into compelling, impactful audience messages that grab the attention of our markets.
• A collaborative leader that can draw teams together toward common goals and ambitions.
• Ability to prioritize among many competing alternatives and plans, balance internal function needs with business priorities.
