· Listen to our guests’ needs and guide them to the right wellness services and products.

· Juggle those phone calls – book appointments, pass on messages, and direct calls with a cool head.
· Step up when there's a hiccup, finding the sweet spot that turns a frown upside down.

Position Structure
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
Weekday shifts from 10 to 2 and 2 to 6
Ability to work 1 to 2 Saturdays per month as needed, from 10 to 3
Salary: Total compensation, including commission based on sales and pooled tips, $15.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience
