What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Chief Growth officer, you’ll lead a team of talented marketers who are driven to drive growth across the customer lifecycle. You’ll obsess over our Self-Serve channel metrics, making sure you are driving new customer growth, expansion revenue and are building programs to mitigate churn. You’ll equally obsess over the customer experience to ensure the product experience is helping convert and retain customers. You’ll help support and groom other channels, ensuring our Sales team is supported with the appropriate demand programs for new and existing customers as well as help build the support for standing up new channels like partnerships. In this role you will:
• Be accountable for revenue targets for the Self-Serve channel
• Champion customer KPIs across the company including leads, conversions, engagement, expansion, ARPA, and revenue retention; rigorously driving internal prioritization decisions to maximize each KPI
• Manage the full-funnel marketing team, inclusive of Demand Generation (paid and organic), Lifecycle Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing.
• Be the central character for go-to-market strategies for new products, new features and how we talk about our products to our customers
• Create new opportunities for monetization from products and services, build the right messaging, positioning, packaging and pricing, and leading Brand, Performance, Lifecycle Marketing, Sales and Client Success teams to take these to market effectively
• Champion a data-led approach to marketing supported by well-structured hypotheses and continuous optimization leveraging learnings across the company
• Partner closely with Product, Data, Customer Support, Sales and other company leaders to bring ideal customer experiences and interactions throughout the organization.
• Drive longitudinal customer lifecycle planning, understanding of pain points and potential magic moments at all points in the customer life cycle
• Oversee the selection of Marketing Technology tools that enable experiences, helping select, manage, implement and maintain tools that will deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Be a key contributor in the management team in the identification and prioritization of product initiatives that will help drive revenue goals for the company.

Who You Are

You’re a seasoned marketing professional with a strong perspective on how to do SaaS marketing right. You’re a dynamic personality with the ability to influence people. You love data driven decision-making, but you also know when to stop torturing it and when you need to make a bold call. You have a unique blend of performance marketing, marketing operations, integrated marketing, analytics, and people skills. You pride yourself over things like buyer journeys, testing programs and channel attribution. You have led teams before, and are comfortable operating in markets with multiple customer segments and verticals as well as a range of customer value tiers.

Experience and Skills Needed
• 10+ years in omnimedia Customer Marketing, including 5+ years experience in B2B (or B2C) SaaS solutions
• Demonstrated experience in leading a marketing function in a high-growth environment
• Experience maximizing the value of marketing tools and proven success selecting and leveraging emerging marketing solutions to apply data effectively
• Experience with customer data platforms, product experience platforms, various CRM tools, Web platforms, Optimization tools
• Effective communicator who is comfortable presenting to a variety of audiences and stakeholders at various levels
• Exceptional leader and team player with proven ability to lead through influence and work effectively both independently and collaboratively within fast-paced, diverse cross-functional teams
• Dynamic and adaptable project manager with a strong ability to establish processes and drive project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals

• Must be able to train during the week 7AM-4PM
• Day Shifts: Tuesdays & Thursdays - 7AM - 4PM
• Overnight Shift: Tuesday - 9PM - 6:30AM (sleeping at farmhouse is required) - shift is only about 1hour and night and 1 hour in the morning, unless any emergencies occur overnight.
