Other Qualifications 3+ years of demonstrated experience using SOAP and REST web services. You should be able to work with the XML technologies, including XPath, as well as experience working with JSON. 3+ years implementing integration solutions with Human Resource, Payroll, or Financial ERP application software. 3+ years of demonstrated software development experience building web-based applications. Experience working with JavaScript is preferred. Ability to analyze and develop solutions to meet customer needs. Demonstrated proficiency using a content management system and instructional design tools, such as storyboards, training project plans, and design documents. Experience designing and developing software training. Able to adapt to changing environments and work processes in an exciting, robust organization.
