• Triage the production incidents under B2K-P1C (EMEA) for an array of clients and co-ordinate across various technical teams to resolve incidents within SLA

What you will be doing:
• Develops understanding of and defines client products and services through information gathering sessions to determine how FIS systems must be established to meet client needs.
• Through data analysis, product mapping and interviews, gathers forms and data files from customer and assesses requirements for software utilization and discusses any software customization requirements with programming team.
• Creates data maps and transaction workflow documents showing exactly how every field of information will be converted. Data mapping forms the technical specification for the conversion and, in some cases, may generate code. Shares data maps with programmers, clients and others as appropriate to ensure successful conversion. Refines mapping through validation.
• As part of the conversion process, tests customized software against customer specific needs sharing reports and application specific data with customers that reflect how conversion data will be processed. Reviews conversion results (reports, balancing, data load, software changes) with client to refine and confirm requirements. Obtains formal customer acceptance of results.
What you bring:
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 to 10 years implementation and conversion experience with a demonstrated ability to handle medium project complexity.
• Good experience in Project Management (Should worked on End to End Projects)
• Good experience in Cards or Payment Domain.
• Should be willing to work as Individual Contributor
• Willing to work on regular night shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
• Good to have PMP certification

• Management and development of the sales funnel in Saleforce.com to achieve sales key performance indicators including prospecting activities, proposal presentations, contracts and merchant acquisition.
• Liaise with the risk department as necessary move the opportunity through the underwriting process and client support to ensure the merchant boarding process is managed through clear scalable process documentation.
• Act as the partner account manager liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Payrix Australia services are delivered consistently, and issues remediated.
• Use the Salesforce.com to ensure all client information is accurate and complete, tasks are planned and actioned and forecast revenues accurate.
• Provide management with weekly and monthly reports as required.
• Comply to obligations under our Financial Service License and other regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments to provide outstanding customer service.
• Undertake other sales and customer tasks as reasonably directed by management.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring:
• 5+ years solution focused Business Development experience in B2B environment
• 3 years Payment industry experience or similar. · Demonstrated ability to achieve challenging targets and KPI’S consistently.
• Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills that develop trusting commercial relationships.
• Demonstrable planning, time management and organizational skills enabling high sales productivity.
• A broad understanding of marketing processes and the ability to collaborate with marketing teams to execute effective outcomes.
• A broad understanding and knowledge of payments and API applications.
• Demonstrated experience managing a sales funnel in Salesforce.com.
• An excellent understanding of sales techniques with required interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and process complex information relating to technology, payment products, services, and processes.
• Proactive with the ability to work autonomously professionally and within a team.
• Will be required to complete and pass course RG146.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Contribute positively to the culture of the business with a service orientation.
• Any formal qualifications would be highly regarded: Business Degree or similar would be highly regarded.
