o Follow Up: Contacting prospects professionally & systematically. Completing tasks on/before due dates.
• Communication: Communicating with prospects and colleagues on social media, email, phone, and face to face.
• Competitive Mindset: Competing with yourself & colleagues to achieve weekly performance targets. Goal oriented.
• Commitment: Reliable and prompt for all meetings. “On time” is 10 mins prior to start of any event.
• Competency: Fluent in the written and spoken English language.High school level wrestling experience. High school graduate. Completion of freshman year at a 4-year college/university. Access to a laptop (not iPad) and an iPhone 11 (or higher). Proficient in Microsoft business suite software, Instagram, and Zoom.
Full Compensation Package: $500-3,000+ per month
· Free Clinic Leads: $25 per prospect that signs up from your call list. $75 after they become a member (member for 2 mos. rookies/experienced only. scholarships are n/a).
· Free Session Leads: $25 per prospect that signs up from your call list. $75 (same as above).
· Content Creation: $25/post that Reach 2,000+.
· Tourney Travel Expenses: $50/full day. $25/half day (local matches are n/a).
· Social Media Growth Bonus: $50/every 5,000 Reaches (i.e. 5,000 Reaches = $50…10,000 Reaches = $100, etc. Boosts do not apply).
· Lead Generation Bonus: $100 per new member lead (must be member for 2 months. rookies/experienced only. Scholarship kids to not apply).
· Event Marketing Leadership: Additional compensation for leading our event marketing initiatives (i.e. tournaments, camps, clinics, fundraisers). $500-$3,000 per event. This is a lot of responsibility. Very few interns will be able to handle this task.
· Resources: CORE Gear 2 free t-shirts (pay at cost after that.), Access to CORE weight room, wrestling, and BJJ practices. Coaching support at CORE scheduled open tournaments. All valued at $150+/month.
