POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for communication and execution of WX Brands’ top programs and priorities to RDNC chain management and sales representatives
• Minimum four days in the field working in partnership with RNDC to grown and maintain display activity
• Build and maintain relationships with RNDC sales team, key buyers, and decision-makers in the Northern California chain market
• Represent WX Brands by participating in wine tastings and demos, tradeshows etc.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to CA Regional Manager on opportunities, best practices, challenges etc.
• Management and documentation of KPIs, performance vs. growth goals, and comps vs. competitive set
• Organization of WX market blitzes, sales competitions and WX sponsored RNDC team outings and meetings
• Occasional overnight travel and night/weekend availability when needed to support market work throughout Northern California
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Resides in Bay Area
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years distributor and/or supplier experience within the beverage alcohol industry.
• Management of chain merchandizing sales team strongly preferred
• Intermediate wine knowledge
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Effective problem-solving skill, solid communication skills, good judgement, and professional maturity
• Must be organized and efficient at completing administrative tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals. Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be prepared to work with fire and hustle!
• Must have a seller’s mindset. Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to close the deal
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Must be able to travel 50% + within region as well as maintain a home office
• Ability to sit in a car and travel for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able perform the physical task this position requires
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable automobile transportation.
The salary range for this role is: $80,000-$85,000 annually
This position also offers a monthly auto allowance and is eligible for an annual bonus based on sales performance.

• Responds to inquiries regarding the organization’s processes, policies, procedures, and programs.
• Key member of the Culture Team at WX – helping with employee events and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent, two plus years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Exposure to recruiting including resume screening, phone interviews and offer negotiation.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
