Summary:

Responsible for the operational, on-site delivery of outsourcing/facilities management to end-user customers. Activities involve maintaining contracted service levels resulting in customer satisfaction, maintaining customer relationships, and contract commitments delivered within cost targets.

This employee works as part of the service delivery team that is aligned to one or more customers. They will have a focus on the following:
• Delivery of service that meets SLA (Service Level Agreement) and customer satisfaction .

Primary Responsibilities:
• Carries out preventative maintenance checks, first level repair and escalate in accordance with agreed procedures for next level maintenance and technical support.
• Promotes knowledge sharing and acts as a mentor/coach.
• Educates and trains client groups on equipment usage and functions.
• Maintains clean and tidy devices and safe work environment.
• Logs of all activities including on-site parts inventory and replenishment of consumables.
• Ensures SLA is achieved, and customer requirements are met and exceeded .
• Commits to maintaining skill set through personal development and training.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary customer contact for equipment support and service Coordinate Move/Add/Change (MAC) process.
• Provide on-going end user training on equipment Services Delivery: Basic device cleaning and replacement of operator accessible parts and consumables per equipment specifications. Break-fix activities account for responsibilities.
• Provide IP address support.
• Perform basic equipment problem diagnosis. Point of contact for equipment removal and delivery for onsite support.
• Contact service as required (Xerox and 3rd party). Utilize Xerox web-based applications as required to include Service Call Handling.
• Accurate call reporting on Equipment in Xerox designated systems. Remote Service call onsite support Driving (if required for duties).
• Download and install printer drivers on end-user equipment. Perform printer mapping to PC as required.
• Escalate printer network issues to appropriate resource ,Physical as well as remote device management and control.
• Device Configuration (Enter IP address, scanning templates, user access levels. Scan to File/Email, etc) Monitor/apply current software updates/patches On site contact for remote solve resolutions requiring technical expertise.
• Non-Xerox device management as required.
• Perform remote device monitoring and remote solve (Xerox Device Management)
• Identify and promote Xerox Office Solutions.
• Pro-actively manage consumables and supplies using the DOS calculator.
• Maintain on-site operator replaceable parts inventory.
• Collect equipment meter information and submit for billing purposes.
• Perform Data Entry for activity and asset tracking.
• Manage and maintain on-site parts inventory using PM4.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Provide excellent customer service, anticipating the needs of the customer to align with Xerox’s business mission/objective.
• Able to work with minimal oversight, maintaining a high attention to detail and organization while demonstrating superior time management skills in accordance withService Level Agreement and Statement of Work relevant for the customer.
• Functional knowledge of a PC, including Microsoft Office and web browsing,sendingand receiving emails, managing files, and performing data entry.
• Identifies problems in straightforward situations and makes sound decisions using standard procedures.
• Eagerto learn technologies surrounding print production and finishing equipment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, bend, and reach.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds

Overview:

Stewart, A Xerox Company, is seeking a Product Training Specialist who will provide technical training, customer service and support. This is a full-time opportunity visiting customers throughout New Jersey with daytime hours from Monday to Friday.

Essential Functions:
• Contact customers and coordinate visit to their site during business hours

Overview:

Carr Business Systems, Inc., A Xerox Company is hiring a Parts Coordinator. Our Parts Coordinator is a highly detailed and expansive position responsible for all aspects of inventory regarding the stocking, transferring, organizing, tracking, shipping, and variances of parts and supplies. This is a full-time position, working M-F, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Day to day, this role will run the restock reports, pull parts for service technicians, and pull / analyze training stock requests as needed.
• Review daily parts usage reports to accurately and promptly replenish individual service technicians' parts levels
• Ship and receive orders to / from UPS and FedEx
• Maintain an effective "Parts Inventory" by adhering to established Xerox standards
• Efficiently handle "walk up" and "call in" orders and refill daily pick-up bins
• Process and track part swaps, working with management
• Purchase items as needed (when not filled by vendors)
• Maintain a safe, neat and organized work area; will be required to sweep the floor and keep hands clean at all time
• Must display a high standard of accuracy when performing data entry tasks
• Properly package parts for shipment to service technicians; collect and promptly ship back to vendors warranted and other parts eligible for return credits
• Assist with documentation and vendor notification of any receiving discrepancies, back-orders, and damaged items
• Properly label all parts and re-stock bins; accurately establishes new Parts Bin locations and update location information on database
• Update part hold status within the Dispatch system using established letter codes
• Provide ETA to service technicians for any "out-of-norm" restocks or rush order requests
• Process all drop ship supply orders, including PO placement and receipts
• Participate in physical inventory on a quarterly basis

• High school diploma or GED

Exciting opportunity to be part of our Toner Manufacturing Plant! The candidate will either lead or support all areas of the team’s responsibilities, including:
• Ensure reliable operation of toner manufacturing equipment including proper set up and calibration of components

Responsibilities:

Responsible for inspecting, repairing, relocating, replacing, installing, adjusting, and wiring all electric equipment, apparatus, fixtures and circuits below 600volts.

Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Facilities, and Maintenance personnel to understand process problems and/or requirements. Communicate regularly to facilitate implementation of solutions with minimal impact to plant operations

Lead or assist with problem-solving and cost down activities for both processing and equipment-related issues.

Provide timely response to manufacturing personnel when process deviations or out-of-specification materials occur.

Monitor process performance, and facilitate repairs, improvements and upgrades.

Flexible working hours may be required for supporting plant operations and manufacturing trials.

Applicant Qualifications:

Four years of a state certified apprenticeship and four years of industrial certified experience

Eight years of industrial certified experience

-OR-

Two years of an Electrical Technologist Degree (AS/AAS) and six years of industrial certified experience.

Strong electrical skillset, including reading schematics and P&ID’s

Experience in systems and or process controls desired

Familiar in electrical safety and electrical design standards

Experience with process instrumentation is desired [sensors, transmitters] [calibration and troubleshooting.

Mechanical aptitude, manufacturing support and/or scale-up experience desired.

The Product Service Support Manager (PSSM) is a member of the Global Delivery and Operational Intelligence team. This subject matter expert manages the product service and support launch deliverables within the Global Technical Service organization. The PSSM is the advocate for the Technical Service field personnel which include, Xerox TSR’s, TSM’s and Authorized Service Provider service representatives. The PSSM is also responsible for the post-launch performance and the development/achievement of their products’ technical performance factors.

Responsibilities:

· Works with the program delivery team, operating companies, and other various organizations to ensure the service strategy and launch process aligns to technical service goals and can be successfully implemented.

· Provide enablement forms and information to prepare the various systems for the product/solution. This includes but is not limited to; STMS, SNOW, FWSS, ESAP, Command Center, and Knowledge Bases.

· Work with the Product Launch Team to identify an Early Customer Acceptance Test customer and then engage local service teams to ensure they are properly prepared to support. Identify field service trends and work with the Post-Sale Profitability team members to validate field service performance against the service business case and key quality indicators required for launch.

· Work cross-functionally to ensure the technical training information lends itself to achieving the business case results.

· Ensures effective documentation to support the business case assumption.

· Ensure a Spare Parts Review has been conducted by the product launch team and spares are available at the correct echelons to enable product launch. Attend the parts sparing meetings and agree to proper stocking levels to achieve targets

· Responsible for creation/implementation of the product technical escalation process.

· Ensures the various support hotline organizations are properly prepared to support the new device, product upgrade, app or software release.

· Will work closely with the technical support community, analyzing service performance trends and escalating to the appropriate engineering, supply chain or manufacturing teams as required.

· Communicates appropriately within the various global field organizations.

· Represent Technical Service at End of Service reviews to provide input to the Line of Business, Program team and Supply Chain on when to stop renewing service contracts on launched products. Manage the end of service planning and communications to various organizations.

· Work with Asset Recovery team inside the supply chain to assist with opportunities to recover and refurbish used parts or domesticate OEM parts to lower costs.

Qualifications

· BS/BA degree in business and/or technology, or equivalent experience desired

· Minimum 5 years related service experience

· Strong service background

· Results oriented with excellent record of success

· Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels

· Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks

· Willingness to take appropriate risks, try new approaches and question traditional assumptions

Manufacturing Shift Engineer will be expected to:
• Provide process and packaging shift engineering support coverage to insure equipment reliability, product quality, operator training and safety/environmental compliance
• Develop and maintain operator and equipment changeover procedures, operating procedures, training materials, preventive/predictive maintenance procedures and lockout/tagout procedures
• Provide mechanical design support using CAD systems to facilitate fabrication of parts and components for production and safety continuous improvement activities.
• Track packaging and process OEE to continuously improve equipment availability/uptime, performance/rate, quality and yield.
• Support new product enabling activities and PMCs and collaborate to optimize new processes
• Support implementation of critical plant projects and corrective action/preventative action relating to environmental, health/safety, and quality incident investigations
• Specify and help procure spare parts and support services for production equipment. Generate blanket purchase orders for spare parts buyers
• Provide direct maintenance support for equipment and systems troubleshooting and training
• Manage process automation and productivity projects to improve plant performance and drive OEE; create implementation plans, prioritize tasks and closely manage project milestones of assigned projects; identify options and contingencies to keep numerous active projects on track

Qualifications:
• BS in Engineering or Engineering Technology required
• Experience in manufacturing engineering or manufacturing project engineering experience preferred
• Innovative, decisive, results oriented individual contributor with strong problem-solving skills
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, ability to analyze technical issues, define/solve problems, establish project plans, statistically evaluate solutions, and draw valid conclusions
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, and Outlook

Overview:

Xerox Corporation is looking for a talented and dedicated Mechanical Engineer to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary product development environment to conceptualize, model, design, and test cutting edge electro-mechanical hardware used in various printing systems. Xerox Corporation is an industry leader in monochrome and color printing with a product portfolio designed to support the needs of a wide customer base spanning from office equipment to high quality, high productivity systems in the production space. These systems utilize xerographic and inkjet marking technologies along with a variety of electro-mechanical parts and assemblies (custom sheet metal, plastic, and precision machined parts, motors, actuators, sensing hardware, etc) to enable high quality output for Xerox customers.

Responsibility:

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the development of solutions including design, modeling, prototype testing and optimization, implementation of the production design, and problem support for both manufacturing and the customer. The candidate will regularly interface with software, electrical, systems, and manufacturing engineers and integrate internally developed hardware with existing/purchased parts and assemblies as well as partnered designed and developed hardware. The ideal candidate would be able to design at the detailed level, but problem solve at the system level.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering; MS Preferred

• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future

• Experience with CAD applications (NX preferred), Finite Element Analysis, Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc) and Matlab

• Strong mechanical design, analysis, and fundamental engineering skills

• Strong hands-on problem solving and troubleshooting skills

• Possess good oral and written communication skills
