Job Summary
The Comcast Digital Experimentation team is enabling evidence-based decision-making at scale. We use A/B testing and other field experiments to better understand consumer behavior. As part of the team, you'll help develop live prototypes seen by millions of Xfinity.com customers and support feature releases that impact $billions in revenue. This is a remote role, but you must live in the United States and work Eastern time zone hours. Travel to Philadelphia, PA maybe required up to 6 times/year.

Expected Contributions
This role leads the digital testing roadmap. You’ll report to the Director, Digital Experimentation and partner closely with the Optimization, Experience and Platform teams. You’ll work to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and apply Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tactics, including A/B and multivariate testing, merchandising, personalization and research. You’ll effect change at operational, tactical and strategic levels across the Xfinity unassisted digital touch points. Core responsibilities include:
Lead teams of Comcast employees, partners and consultants to quantify and optimize digital sales and service experiences Develop thought leadership by uncovering and activating consumer needs by consolidating primary and secondary research Guide and accelerate digital teams through continuous improvement processes by cultivating domain and subject matter expertise, providing insight and recommendations, and transitioning experimental findings into direct change on xfinity.com
As you grow into your responsibilities, you'll need to:
Be a great leader of others:
• Lead cross-functional teams comprised of Product Management, Customer Experience, Business Intelligence, QA, and IT
• Train and evangelize Digital Experimentation capabilities across Brand, Marketing, Digital and IT teams
• Attract, mentor and guide junior team members in strategy and tactics
Be detail oriented:
• Translate business goals and objectives into experiment design briefs and technical specifications
• Forecast experiment traffic requirements, test duration and expected outcomes
• Work with front-end developers to identify the right technical solutions
• Traffic, manage, and mitigate cross-experiment and multi-release code interactions
• Develop heuristics, protocols, methods, and tools to improve experiment accuracy, scalability, velocity, robustness, and resiliency
Be results focused:
• Analyze test results, collaborate on findings, and document in Smartsheets, Confluence and PowerPoint
• Continually groom the experiment library with new and updated briefs, results, and meta data
• Generate best practices by conducting meta-analysis, identify critical customer needs, and highlight themes that drive orders, decrease servicing costs, and increase customer satisfaction
Be an influencer:
• Lead prioritization discussions and reviews to ensure the right experiments in the right place
• Promote experiment results broadly, helping teams connect the dots and finalize decisions
Be a teammate: Jumps in, learns what’s needed and gets it done!
Required Experience:
• A flexible mindset: analytical, creative, curious, and technical
• Background with analytics, ecommerce, or technology
• Excellent written, oral communications and leadership skills: can interact with and influence creative and technical partners
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint: able to create engaging stories around data
• Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience in: Analytics, computer science, economics, marketing, statistics, user research, or similar fields
Preferred Experience:
• Deep expertise in one of the following: Analytics, engineering, performance marketing, product management or user research
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years professional experience, 2+ years using A/B testing
• Hands on experience with Adobe Target, Split.io or other A/B testing tools
• Hands on experience with Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, Tableau, or other data analysis tools
• Elementary understanding of SQL: Able to modify pre-existing scripts and work with the output

JOB QUALIFICATION:
