The Investment Strategy Group within General Motors Asset Management (GMAM) is looking for an ambitious, self-driven candidate to join the team. This position requires considerable interaction with various internal departments such as Treasurer's Office, Employee Benefits, Legal, Tax, Accounting as well as with external advisors and service providers (e.g., investment managers and consultants, actuaries, trustees, record keepers). This role requires a high level of accuracy, creativity, and initiative. The following key elements describe the basic duties and responsibilities of the position and are not all-inclusive:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with evaluating the impact of various asset class and corporate decisions on an overall pension plan metrics
• Support periodic asset-liability management studies and portfolio analysis
• Aid in the development and enhancement of pension investing and de-risking strategies worldwide
• Assist with ad-hoc analytical requests to support plan-level initiatives
• Assist with reports/ presentations to the named fiduciary/ investment committee on a range of topics
• Research potential new methodologies to improve ongoing analysis and reporting
• Liaise with GM Treasury on pension funding-related topics
• Provide inputs for accounting and budgeting processes
• Monitor plan funded status; understand drivers of pension funded status and explain variances between expected and realized values
• Monitor plan liquidity and risk posture; develop and execute rebalancing plans as needed
• Utilize existing financial systems (e.g. Bloomberg) for analytical and reporting purposes
• Assist with the oversight of plan-level derivatives programs and managers
• Relevant graduate work (e.g., MBA, MFE) or CFA preferred

We are seeking a seasoned strategic partnerships lead on our Product Partnerships team responsible for recruiting and cultivating GM's automotive, digital platform ecosystem for Infotainment. This will include building, negotiating, and formalizing win-win, partner relationships with target players across both new and existing digital domains - and, with our partners, reimagining automotive as an immersive, purpose-built platform for digital experiences. About the Team:
The Digital Business Team (DBT) was created to build on over 25 years of OnStar connected services. As a pioneer of the connected vehicle experience, the DBT is tasked with evolving the standard of in-vehicle experiences by delivering world class digital products and services. This division is strategically positioned to lead from the front as GM continues its growth plans set out in the fall of 2021. Within the DBT, there is a new Revenue Strategy team passionate about laying the foundation for this growth, seeing things not as they are but how they could be for our customers. Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic product partnerships leader to lead the team responsible for recruiting and cultivating GM's automotive, digital platform ecosystem for Infotainment. This will include building, negotiating, and formalizing win-win, partner relationships with target players in both new and existing Infotainment domains - and, with our partners, reimagining automotive as an immersive, purpose built platform for digital experiences. You will work in close collaboration with our Digital Business Infotainment strategy and product leadership to deliver a forward looking multi-year strategy positioning GM as a leading platform innovator.
