Role Overview: ShareFile.com is a top driver of leads and bookings for our business and the face of our brand. We are looking for an experienced Web Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and help us accelerate growth and build best-in-class digital experiences. The ideal candidate has previous B2B web marketing experience and a deep understanding of web systems and modern marketing technologies. This role is an integrated role, working closely with digital and demand teams, our social/paid teams, and others on the web strategy team, including analysts.

Role Responsibilities:
• Craft web experiences that streamline the customer journey and accelerate prospects through the eCommerce funnel.
• Use analytics to help define web marketing goals, prioritize objectives, and report on KPIs
• Partner closely with the search team to grow traffic and improve on-site performance– including informing site architecture and on-site search.
• Partner with analytics teams to analyze data across the customer lifecycle to identify trends and opportunities for growth and inform design decisions
• Transform complex data into easy-to-digest stories about website performance and opportunities for improvement
• Define the web personalization programs that support eCommerce and digital and demand goals and objectives

• 3-5 years of B2B web marketing experience

• Design & maintain a master data management & reporting strategy anchored on continuous development for leveraging industry trends, solutions, and benchmark guidance.
• Establish a data model across multiple data sources and systems inclusive of prospect & market analytics, GTM trends, opportunity analytics, product and customer data, product usage data, post-sales support, and digital footprint data.

• Define KPIs and targets for the ShareFile business, automate reporting, and proactively monitor the business. Leverage insights to mitigate risk and drive action with business stakeholders.
• Build a framework to allow for customer self-service and data insight consumption taking a continues improvement lens to all data needs and reporting.
• Evolve the business from reactive to proactive & predictive. Implement a digital and data science strategy designed to drive business decisions, mitigate risk & build growth levers.
• Serve as an SME for data mining & modeling, and reporting against all areas of the business.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in data and architecture roles with experience in data analysis using ETL tools
• Expert data and reporting skills for quantitative analysis & data sharing including experience with XLS, Business Intelligence Object reporting, SQL, Tableau. Experience with ML tools (Phython, R) a plus.
• If not based in Raleigh, ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Ability to flex schedule to accommodate multiple time zones & support end of quarter requirements

Adoption is the key to customer success. In this role, you will be measured on getting our customers to first time use as well as meaningful active use. In addition, you will train customers on best practices to use our solutions and serve as the point of contact for any non-technical support problems that arise. The Customer Success Engineer is accountable for retaining customer via adoption, finding expansion opportunities, and building advocacy.
