Adoption is the key to customer success. In this role, you will be measured on getting our customers to first time use as well as meaningful active use. Role Overview

This role will provide legal support in a fast-paced dynamic environment for all relevant areas including product design, development and release, marketing, data protection, security and compliance. You will be working with business leaders across the ShareFile business unit as well as members of the Cloud Software Group Legal Team and a variety of other functions including Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Sales, Operations etc. to support the Product and Engineering organization and business leaders. This role requires a business-minded in-house lawyer who will partner with multiple innovative product teams around the world to ensure that ShareFile’s products and services are structured to achieve the business unit strategy while complying with applicable regulations in multiple jurisdictions. This role will report into the ShareFile General Counsel and be part of a small team dedicated to the ShareFile business unit.

What You Will Be Doing:
• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Compliance, Support and Operations teams and provide counsel and advise on a wide variety of complex and developing legal, regulatory and compliance issues in connection with the delivery of cloud services. Advise on requirements affecting all stages of a product's life cycle, including design, development, marketing, public relations, product launch and distribution, and related product regulatory concerns;
• Support sales cycle, including developing and managing options for company agreements (including with customers, partners and vendors), answering questions, providing documentation, facilitating sales execution and negotiating agreements alongside commercial counsel;
• Serve as a liaison and issuer spotter for other legal team members in a matrixed organization with product teams, including in the areas of intellectual property, privacy, security and trade compliance;
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws and regulations and company policy dealing with intellectual property, privacy, security, trade compliance and other applicable laws;
• Analyze, structure, draft, and negotiate technology development, licensing, and other commercial agreements and provide ongoing legal counseling in the areas of intellectual property, technology, and licensing;
• Review, draft and advise on advertising and marketing materials, including press releases, packaging, product launch collateral, sweepstakes, promotions, and other related items;
• Conduct training for the legal team as well as internal teams.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will love solving problems and enjoy learning new technologies. You are a curious with a passion for learning how things work and experience in collaborating toward solutions to complex problems. Role Overview: The Senior SEO Marketing Manager will plan and execute SEO activities to help us achieve our business goals. This position establishes and executes the strategies for organic search and SEO, working in conjunction with paid SEM efforts. Responsibilities Include:
